Brand New Custom Designed Home, Large Pool and Spa: Tesla or F150 may rentable.

Brand new semi custom home conveniently located in the middle of Lake Havasu City.

The house has three king beds. The family room has an 86" main TV, the bedrooms have 50" smart TV's. The house was designed by "Shannon by the Shore" an OC custom designer.

Custom tile work in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. The family room has a large couch that offers recliners, power charging and comfort for the whole family.
Both showers are walk in, no cheap plastic bathtub combos here.

This is not a typical "rental" home where people put in old furniture, old towels etc. Everything is BRAND NEW! Garages are not available for use, sorry.

The pool is not your typical Havasu $30k build, it has custom color changing glass tile, large raised rear wall, travertine coping, infinity style spa flowing into the pool.

The LED lights have multiple color options and can do light shows with changing colors. The large Baja shelf can hold plastic chairs, umbrellas, and provides a shallow hangout area to sit and relax and talk with others.

The rest of the pool is fairly deep which is great for swimming. The deep end is 7ft deep and 16 feet wide!! The length of the pool is 34 feet long.

Children must be pool safe and know how to swim.

Spa heating is included. Pool heating is $7.50 per hour and needs to be set up in advance. The pool temp will depend on outside air temp especially at night.

Spring Break

This property is exactly like the pictures. We certainly didn't want to leave the back yard. The neighborhood felt safe and you had nice views in every direction. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this one was one of our favorites. There were not clear instructions for arrival and departure and that is something that we typically receive. We actually had no code upon arrival and when I contacted the owner he said he was at the property and would leave the door unlocked. The unit felt a little "lived" in with personal items and food left in fridge and pantry, along with other items scattered throughout the home, it could also use a little more tiding up with some items. The owner was very responsive but also asked to visit the property to get his paddle board while we were staying which was fine but also nothing I have ever encountered. There were also packages delivered and communication about not using the hot tub during the day without notifying the owner, which again I felt somewhat strange. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and I would stay at this property again.

Paradise in Havasu

My family and I were very pleased with the house and set up. Jim was a great host and had wonderful communication. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make a lot of our meals at the house. The house was very close to the lake. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Jim's house.

Awesome Week

We had such a great week at Havasu. This was our best property rental thus far. Very clean, very nice, great appliances, perfect pool and hot tub, and the biggest tv in the living room that I have ever seen. Great communication with the owner. Air conditioning was the best!!!

WARNING!!! HOST ALERT

The house was nice. However, The host made us feel very uncomfortable. We were falsely accused of previous damage and stains on the property. The host wrongfully took it upon himself to bill us for pre-existing damage(VRBO was not okay with this) Host leaves a laptop for the pool settings and features. DO NOT TOUCH IT! The host will leave you a nasty text about how previous guests caused damage by using the pool app due to an electrical issue. The host is aware of what is already damaged and is wrongfully charging guests for replacement of furnishings for personal gain. We had to reach out to VRBO to protect us. We will(and I encourage you) to not stay at this property or any other property this host has to offer.

This was the perfect home !

We flew in from Florida to visit family for the holidays my father has a house here in havasu .. but we couldn’t all fit as we had family driving in from Victorville and Temecula this home was very accommodating very updated ! I would absolutely recommend this home check in and our was easy the host will answer any questions and everything you need is there 5 stars!!!!!! We will be back

This house and location was amazing.

Everything about this property was amazing. From Jim the Owner, he was very responsive for everything. The house was so beautiful, every detail was perfect. Could not have asked for any thing else in the wonderfully stocked kitchen. Location is a nice quiet neighborhood but close to everything we wanted to see.

Visiting our snow bird relatives. And a chance to see the London Bridge!

This property was amazing! A big "WOW" when we walked through the front door. Large open concept, the decor was simple, tasteful and lovely. The bedrooms were nice size and the Master was awesome. Everything was very clean. Outside was like being at a resort with a pool, hot tub, plenty of lawn furniture and a sizable table. We had a little problem with heating the hot tub but the owner was very responsive, got it going and we enjoyed a relaxing evening under the stars. This is definitely five stars!!

Felt like we were walking on egg shells

The home was beautiful and clean everything you needed was there, pool water looked cloudy, could have been cleaner. Other than the owner consultant vigilance and attempt to belittle me, with assumptions. This place is nice "if you rent from here make sure your vehicle is brand new from the lot, and well inspected for any kind of leaking cause he dramatically extra about that".

Family vacation

My Family had a great week in Havasu. The House was Big and comfortable and Clean. Jim was very easy to deal with on the rental and even contacted us to make sure everything was going ok during our stay. He answered any questions I had quickly. The property was Big and the Pool was Huge!! I would definitely rent this House again next year!!

Super Clean stylish lake getaway!

If you are looking for a home away from home for vacation or business trip, I highly recommend this property. The home is well equipped from the kitchen, TVs in every room, bathroom linens etc. The house is extremely clean and decorated as a model home! Owner was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this property again!
