Dated and OVERPRICED

The location is perfect for families looking yo enjoy the lake , city and nearby hikes . The property is aesthetically beautiful . The furniture is dated and worn out - which is quite uncomfortable - especially if you are older The price did not match the amenities offered . We used the grill twice and had to pay for new propane . When we asked the manager she said it was filled - which was not true . We also had to pay and install salt for the water softener in our first week of a four week stay as it was out. We went into the hot tub once but chose not to use this as the host charges for every use . The cost for staying each night does not match the amenities offered nor the upkeep by property manager to ensure residents are. Not paying for basic services one expected to be part of the rental .

Great home and location.

Enjoyed all aspects of this property. The house was comfortable and nicely remodeled. The pool and spa were enjoyable at the end of a day on the lake. The house was clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Neighborhood and Location

The house is nicely situated. It is about 6-10 minutes from everything. We had plans to take a day and travel somewhere else but the house was so nice we decided to just enjoy it. Only complaint was that the grill had not been cleaned in what looked like a year or so, definitely several rentals. Other than that our stay was great. Next time visiting Lake Havasu, we will definitely look for this listing.

Beautiful Home with Gorgeous Pool

My family stayed for the first time for 4 nights on vacation at this beautiful home in a very convenient location. We enjoyed the beautiful pool with a Baja shelf! Kitchen is decorated very nicely and entire house was clean and had all amenities needed! The master shower is huge and very delightful! Dayna’s communication was great! Will definitely be staying again! Thank you! 😊

Our stay was great! The house was clean and the pool was fantastic! The only thing we would suggest is getting better towels for the bathrooms, they were very used/worn. Other than that it was great!

Stay at Casa Viejo

The home had a great open floor plan. Many large windows and slider opening to the back patio and pool for a nice relaxing view. Spacious kitchen with plenty of dishes, pans, and utensils. The putting green was an added bonus. Very pet friendly.

Beautiful, spacious vacation home close to the lake

The location of the house was perfect- close to the lake for our multiple boating days, as well as the grocery store. Beautiful views from the yard. We were very impressed by the property as well. The rooms were large and well spaced out, making it easy for everyone to be comfortable. A larger group could easily sleep three guests on each of the couches- all very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were excellent. We also really appreciated the additional refrigerator in the garage. The backyard was very nice- spacious even with the pool, grill, and putting green. However, we were very disappointed with the water heater situation. Upon arrival, the hot tub and pool were both quite cold. I reached out to the property manager, who came by later that night to show us how to turn it on. Unfortunately, the propane tank (which heats the water) was only at 20%, and we were told not to let it drop below 10%. This meant very, very limited time to enjoy the water, which was one of the reasons we picked the house. The property manager was very kind and did try to replace the tank, but a new tank couldn't be delivered until the day after we left. We left wishing this aspect had been better planned, but everything else was truly wonderful. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Home

Had some issues with Spa being dirty and how to work jets. We got in touch with Dayna she had to come to the house. Had some miscommunication. However it was taken care of. Pool a bit small. Air Mattress kept deflating over night. Kids had to sleep on floor. We had to space out showers, cannot have two people showering at the same time in two different bathrooms. Some outlets in home not working. Overall nice home. Beautiful kitchen, nice rooms and clean home.

Wonderful, kid friendly house!

We loved our stay. Everything was great, the only thing that could have made it better was if the hot tub was heated. It was the same temp as pool and not warm enough for this old lady. We enjoyed the dart board and pool! Will definitely be staying again!!
