1-bedrooms, loft with two twin beds, 1-bathroom cottage is all about its exceptional location. Located just two blocks from Main Street in downtown Ouray, this cottage is just a short walk to everything that Ouray offers -- shops, galleries, restaurants, and Ouray's famous hot springs. It features custom stonework in the master bedroom, a gas fireplace in the main living area, and an equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home.

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Floor),
Loft - 2 Twin Beds (Second Floor).

There is a propane grill for your use and a picnic table in the courtyard for dining outside. The Mission Rock Cottage is a stand-alone unit with one of three units in the enclosed and gated Mission Rock Complex. All three units in the complex (Mission Rock #1, Mission Rock #2, and the Mission Rock Cottage) can be rented together for large gatherings like reunions and weddings or separately as individual units. The cottage has access to a shared courtyard.

This cottage is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 1 dog max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

There is parking along the alley in front of the unit for your truck and trailer.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
