Welcome to our little slice of paradise!

Sip coffee on our 3rd floor deck while you watch the waves crashing on the beach and get ready for whatever adventures the day has in store for you. Just 50 yards from the beach our townhouse sits directly over the community pool so you never have to travel far to relax. Maybe you have little ones that would enjoy the Pirate Ship playground at Nelva R. Albury recreation area located next door to the unit. There are even a few adult fitness stations if you need to keep up your workouts. Do you enjoy live music? The iconic Trailer Bar has you covered with a huge outdoor patio to enjoy the sunset and some classic rock. Don't forget to check out Tortuga's Nest for arcade games, dancing and more live music! Need beverage supplies or maybe a mid day hot dog? The Friendly Mart has you covered. Needless to say, you have a ton of options, all within a 100 yards of your stay.

The home itself boasts a reverse floor plan to enjoy the best views where you spend the most time. Enter into a small hangout area with an adjacent balcony. This floor has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with a queen bed, each with their own bathroom. Walk upstairs to find the kitchen, dining, living room area, along with the master bedroom boasting a king bed and its' own bathroom. Granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances highlight a kitchen that has everything you need to cook whatever you fancy and a large dining table to accommodate a family. It's this floor that has the best views. Vaulted ceilings, large ocean/pool facing windows and side windows (end unit) create extensive natural light. The top balcony actually has two ocean views to the right and left so you can keep an eye on the surf or maybe part of your crew! 4 heavy Adirondack chairs will keep you planted for daytime sun and night time stars. Lastly, a spacious loft is perfect for playing board games or watching over fun. It also has a foldout couch for two guests to sleep.
