Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great beach location

This property is in great condition and perfectly located in MB. The view from the top floor is amazing and buffet breakfast was awesome.

Awesome.

Every place has imperfections but this place was as just stunning. We could have used a good floor cleaning before we got in but whatever we loved the place the view the staff everything about our stay was great.

Beautiful BUT Unclean.. and poor customer service 😕

This room had so much potential to to a great place to stay! Unfortunately that wasn't our experience. The view was beautiful, the kids loved the arcade and game system! Everthing seemed updated and the room would have been awesome if it would have been properly cleaned. It definitely wasn't when we arrived. And check your beds if you stay here. The cleaning and customer service are horrible. This place cost too much money to be this disgusting..

Perfect Unit!!! Looks Just Like The Pictures! The Building/Garage Needs Upgrades!

The home was very nice and clean! Everything looks exactly like it was pictured! The unit comes with everything you will need to make this your home during your stay! I was very happy with that! The building itself could use some upgrades, no a/c in elevators and corridors was really tough and the smell in those areas were not so great, probably due to wet carpet from rain. I did see people cleaning these areas almost every day to try to minimize this issue! Also the parking garage was too dark (additional or brighter lights would be nice) and the elevator broke down while we were there so I started parking on the street. The other unit door entrances were raggedy and it really brings down the buildings overall esthetics. However, the unit itself was gorgeous and I was very comfortable in that space. This owner does a very good job and I would strongly recommend this unit!

We understand your concerns about the lack of air conditioning in the elevators and corridors, the unpleasant smells likely from wet carpet, the darkness in the parking garage, and the elevator breakdown. Please know that the parking garage elevator has since been repaired. Due to the high volume of guest traffic, the elevator areas do not have air conditioning, but we’re always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Awesome views and clean!

We loved being on the top floor. Had a great view of the ocean. Rooms was clean and spacious and everything went smoothly. Great amenities with the pools, easy beach access and free breakfast and mini golf. My son loved the video game machine in our condo and the Xbox!!! Hope to come back again

Great place to stay. Loved being on the top floor. Clean, updated, and great unit. Also loved the workout room and parking garage. Two complaints: no pots or pans in the unit, and the mattress was very squeaky.

Overall very nice room

Beautiful view right on the ocean. Wverything was clean qnd comfortable Didnt use the kitchen so nothing to add about the provided amenities there. I would bring a gallon of water as the taste was a strong mineral taste. There is one dvd player in the main room and the couch was pretty stiff. When the dvd player went out the resort replaced it while we were out the next day.

I loved the view of the ocean from the 21st floor. The room was very cleaned and spacious. The staff was so friendly and was happy to help my family. I loved how the Carolinian had the breakfast special and the putt putt attraction. My family and I can’t wait to book here again.

What a wonderful time!

My family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It was very comfortable and spacious, conveniently located on the beach and close to other activities. The washer and dryer were a HUGE plus. Complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and had something for each person. The children loved spending the day at the beach and switching over to the pool and hot tub at the night. Our only regret is that we didn’t plan a longer stay. We’re already planning our next family trip here next year.

Substitute Stay

We were originally booked in a different unit with Vacasa at this resort. There was a big storm resulting in flooding in our 2nd floor rental. They got us into this unit for the last night of our stay. It was nicely updated. We preferred the lower floor and the Keurig in the other unit but all in all we were taken care of quite well and have no complaints.

Great Vaca

This is my second time to stay at the Carolinian. Wonderful place to stay and BEST EMPLOYEES EVER. Ocean front condo had everything we needed. Love having the washer and dryer. Daily fun a the pools and good food at Magnolias. I will be going back.
