Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place

Place was exactly like pictures showed it. The location and view were awesome and the kids loved spending time at the beach and the pool. Check in was really good and the front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect getaway

Perfect location, the unit exceeded our expectations. Very clean , spacious and nicely decorated . Only small downside, ( not unit specific) 2 of the bathrooms water didn't get hot . Would stay there again ! Literally on the beach ! Bring your own beach chairs and towels .

Loved this condo!

Lots of windows for a great view of the beach and shoreline! We were only able to stay a few nights but I was able to add late check out that gave us extra time to enjoy the beach and heated pools. The included breakfast buffet was good but you did have to have your whole party together when you went so no late sleepers. The condo itself was very comfortable and I loved all the windows in the living/dining room! I look forward to staying here again.

Terrific view, rooms, and location

The view of the ocean from all windows could not be better. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise or the ships sail by was just with the doctor ordered very spacious and clean and nice condo. We had a terrific time.

We just had our family vacation here and it was wonderful! Property is close to everything and the views are breathtaking, every room has a balcony and view to the ocean. The only thing I didn't like was the 2 pools were very small for the size of the property and got crowded really quick, but besides that we loved everything else.

Would stay again

This was my second time staying at this complex. I really love the location and the units are really nice. The parking deck however is really far away, that’s the only downfall really. But I would still stay again.

Quick visit

The resort room was perfect fir our group of 6 adults. Plenty on bed space and bathrooms. The view from the 9th floor was spectacular. Appreciate the complimentary breakfast, but there were much better places to eat. The free mini golf would have been great but the course was in very sad shape. All in all we had nice time just being with family.

Very clean and nice. My only complaint is the mattresses, are very uncomfortable you can feel the springs. Also the pullout sofa mattress was dirty.

I liked the location, the unique and beats views of an almost 360 degree ocean view the dislike was the A/C quit around midnight and the front office did nothing to compensate the terrible night sleep before a 10 hr drive home, we were told sorry have safe travel
