Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Customer service was awesome could have given a 20 but for some reason the shower would not get hot lol otherwise it was good

Clean room

As a travel agent, I strive to be totally honest on my reviews. The room was ready early and included free early check in. This was great as we arrived about an hour and a half before check in and had already received at text to let us know we were eligible to check in early. Our room was very clean but our balcony was sticky like someone had spilled soda or something. We were given only 2 rolls of toilet paper which wasn't enough for 5 days and we did not have wash cloths at all. The bed slept great. It seemed to have a pillow type mattress topper and there were 5 pillows of different varieties which is great for those that have a preference on pillows. We didn't cook while we were there but I did see that there is everything needed to cook a meal if you wanted. The furniture is dated but some things have been updated such as the couch and the 2 TVs were much larger than in the pictures. It would have also been nice to have a broom/dustpan or a small vacuum since it didn't include housekeeping service. We didn't have much of a mess with sand on the floor but for a family with children this would be a vital thing to have readily available. I recommend this room for cleanliness and convenience of being near the elevator. Camelot has been our go to hotel since 2010 due to the convenience of the parking deck and not having to cross the street. Also, it is within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and skywheel. Everyone we came in contact with from the front desk to other staff members in passing were super nice and professional. The pools and grounds are always clean as well.

Very outdated furniture and terrible plumbing

Mattresses were horrible. Couch was stained and gross. We didn’t even sit on it! Sink wouldn’t drain properly. Staff was really nice though! Amenities were nice too. Room itself needed help

Great view

The ocean view was amazing and the high vantage point made it easy to monitor how and what parts of the beach were crowded as well as the tides. The full kitchen, with dishes/pots/pans and cleaning supplies included, also helped save money by having to eat out less and be able to make hot homemade breakfasts as soon as we woke up.
