The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swim in the pools! Lot of restaurants nearby. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Close to airport, taxi, uber and rental cars!



Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home, please be careful to not damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.





NOTE: GROUND FLOOR HOT TUB IS NOW OPEN!

NOTE: 7TH-FLOOR POOL WILL REMAIN CLOSE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

NOTE: INDOOR POOLS ARE CLOSED DUE TO REMODELING.



THE OUTSIDE HOT TUB IS OPEN AND HEATED, AND THE OUTDOOR POOLS WHICH ARE THE MAIN POOL ARE HEATED AS WELL.



-7th-floor pool deck is now UNDER CONSTRUCTION

The room itself was as described and clean but sparsely equipped. 1 dish towel, no kitchen sponge, no paper towels, etc. The property, grounds and building are in need of major maintenance. The hot tubs were cold, however, 2 of them were fixed by day 3 and the last one was fixed our last day. They can use a good power washing as the green on the cement made the water look dirty. Our contact Julie did respond to our concerns but basically said the building maintenance is the HOA responsibility. The whole property could use an upgrade and power washing. There is no one onsite for questions. I will say that upon booking with VRBO I didn’t realize I was dealing with a rental company and not a private owner. The constant e-mails trying to sell extra days and the ominous e-mails about extra charges for everything from getting the towels or sheets dirty to not setting the TV properly made our vacation stressful. All in all the rental room was as described and the view from the balcony was amazing. Julie was very responsive to our e mails but dealing with rental company was stressful.

Good place

Check in was easy. Building is dated but it is clean and everything was as described. They also worked with me to get in a day early and I appreciate that.

Beautiful Condo

Super easy check in and check out! Clean and cozy! Had everything we needed and was right on the beach!! Property manager was super nice and very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!

Caught a Big Fish

Excellent room, resort and location. All facilities were top notch. We had difficulties with the internet and wi fi cutting out. The only problem. We will not be holidaying in the U.S. until this tariff nonsense is over. When it is over we would certainly return.

Nice room with a great view

We had stayed at the Caravelle several times but not via VRBO. Big Fish was very easy to work with and we loved the check in/out process

This unit has a refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV, stove and cooktop, and ocean views. Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas! The great pool area, kids' pay area and sun deck are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Steps from the beach!
