Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Large open space

The view of the ocean was amazing. House was clean, the second bath shower curtain had mold spots. Overall enjoyed the rooms , pools and easy beach access.

Never again!

Check in took almost a hour. Got to the room it smelled like a Chinese restaurant. There was a used plastic fork under the sheets of one bed. There was used floss and a pantry liner wrapper in the bathroom. There was a roach in the living room. At 11 the people in the room next door started blaring their music and woke up the small kids. The lazy river and pool were very nice. We enjoyed being so close to the beach.

The room was good and had a great view of the ocean. It had a small kitchen which was nice to be able to cook meals. The bad is while we were there someone knocked on the door and because I was in the shower didn't hear him. He then proceed to come in. Had I not had the little latch on the wall open for use he would have gotten in and seen me naked. Finally learned they were doing pest spraying while we were there. Very unprofessional and I didn't appreciate this kind of visit during our stay. This could have waited for check out.

Lipstick on a pig, but its still a very cute pig.

Place was definitely in need of a good cleaning, plumber and replacement tubs. But the view was awesome and I assume it was one of the better condos in the building. The hallway smelled like pee but being RIGHT THERE on the beach and balconies made up for it I guess.

Great 3rd floor unit!

Unit was exactly like it was presented. Loved being on the 3rd floor, easy stair access in case elevators were backed up. Very clean and staff was super helpful and friendly!

I was shocked at how dirty it was. Sand all over the floors. Mirrors looked like they were wiped with dirty rags or towels. Peeling paint. Cracked walls. Lights not working. Couch was filthy. Was not with the money and all the fees that I paid for the one night stay. I do not recommend this property to anyone. I will not reserve this property again.

Great space!

My family and I had no issues with this resort. We loved how spacious our entire room was! Great location, great extra incentives like the unlimited miniature golfing and the breakfast buffet across the street. We loved how close of a walk it was getting on the beach. The staff was very nice and friendly. Will definitely come back.
