This weekly rental is located steps from the beach access in the Saltaire neighborhood in Duck. This house is spacious with two living areas and is within walking distance to shopping, dining and the soundside boardwalk. Take a break from the beach and relax in the private pool or hot tub. You and your guests are sure to love staying at the "Quack Inn"!
Pool is open from April 23 through October 29.

The location of this property is perfect right next to a beautiful beach and a lovely short walk to the sound side of Duck. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets with perfect water views for both. The home is so much more than its location however! We really enjoyed the multiple levels of porches, screened and unscreened with swing, hammock, and multiple seating options. The kitchen allowed for seamless meal preparations-everything we needed was available, well maintained and clean. So many little conveniences and touches through this home, too many to mention. From surfing, walking the beach, walking to downtown, games in the game room and multiple hangouts at the pool and hot tub this property had so much to offer. Loved the beach equipment to use with many options for shade on property as well. Duck is incredible and a nice location to access Corolla and Kittyhawk from. We saw so much wildlife on the OBX also (dolphins, wild horses, black bears, osprey, deer, turtles and could watch the crabs dig and go in and out of their holes for hours!) The host was prompt and accurate with all communications. We can’t recommend this property enough.

Property was as advertised. Steps to the beach, and less than a half mile walk to downtown Duck. Location was perfect! House was very clean, and plenty of space. Check in was seamless, and property owner was very responsive to any questions I had before I arrived.

Excellent property. We loved the large LR with all the comfortable seating. The kitchen was the best stocked of places we have stayed. The pool was great as was the hot tub. All the pool “toys” and beach gear was nice. Having an infant on the trip the proximity to the beach was awesome. So close.

We had a great week. Everything at the house was exactly as identified in the listing. The pool was great and big enough for our group of 10. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. And, location, location, location - we were only steps from the beach! Looking forward to a future stay.

Great family stay

The house had a great location for a stay at the beach. It was an easy walk even with small children. Being close to shops in Duck was good too. The house was clean and well equipped.

Great location

House was as described and very close walk to the beach. Had an umbrella and cabana to use which was helpful. Kitchen was well stalked with items.Be sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels because you will need it.Great space to make memories.

Wonderful house for a family

We had a great time at this beach. Great private beach. Close to shops and restaurants.The house was arranged for separate living areas. Equipped with a full kitchen, games, WiFi, and plenty of seating. We will be returning soon.

Awesome week with family!

Perfect location! Easy walk to beach, and everything you need to enjoy a day there! Well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to town to shop or eat. Great outdoor spaces, pool and hot tub!

Beautiful Accommodations / Surroundings

Beautiful house and great accommodations for our family week in Duck. Fully equipped kitchen, and very clean from the house to the pool. The beach canopy and chairs were a plus for our daily short walks to the private beach. Already looking forward to staying in 2025!!

Best Quack in Duck

Our family loved the house! It had so much space to accommodate all the different ages of the family. The location is amazing…literally a short walk to the beach. The screened in porch was where we lived between eating and playing games at night. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the covered swing. The crows nest was an exciting place to watch approaching storms and stealing some quiet time.

Wonderful

The house was very clean and well equipped. Plenty of spaces inside and outside for spending time with family or finding a quiet place to relax. Easy access to beach and shopping. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We loved everything about this property!
