23m² studio on the 1st floor (no lift) of the residence (12 apt), 500 meters from the center and the PLENEY cable car (MORZINE / LES GETS ski area) and 600m from the SUPER MORZINE gondola (ski area access AVORIAZ).
It is composed :
- Entrance
- Closed sleeping area without window with two bunk beds (70x190),
- Bathroom with toilet,
- kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven / microwave, 2 hotplates, fridge (120l), filter coffee machine and a dolce gusto one.
Open to living room with a sofa bed (130x190), tv, bay window, balcony (southern exposure).
An outdoor parking space (APT.4).
Ski locker.
