The big draw to this property is how overly dog-friendly it is. Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. On-site services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat, offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and a sundeck for guests to enjoy.

THINGS TO KNOW
All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Do not stay here! Tempted to ask for refund or discount. Why is this even on VRBO?

DONT STAY HERE. Room was nasty upon arrival. Your first thought should be, "yay our vacation home for the week!" Instead it was, "omg does this place have bed bugs?" Sheets had blood stains. Dishes were dirty. We had 2 forks. Literally no pan to cook with. Ceiling was chipping and had black mold. Customer service was very mixed. Some associates were great, others down right rude. Indoor pool gave me a chemical burn in my right eye that made me like 50% blind for an evening. Freezer makes a super loud buzzing noise. Dishes smelled like vinegar. Constant gnats in our room. My wife had to clean our the shower. We joked that our place was one step better than the boarded up building next to us that looked haunted and had homeless squatters. Despite all this, we enjoyed our vacation. I just recommend staying elsewhere. Can't believe this place was even listed on VRBO.

Great unit!

This was the second time we've stayed in this unit and the third time in this building. The building itself is not pretentious but would suit any price conscious vacationer. The unit was immaculately clean and the building has most amenities one could wish for. The unit overlooks the ocean and has great sunrise views. I'll be looking to stay here again on a future trip to Myrtle!

Perfect for our stay

Right on the beach.. small but fine. Has fridge, coffee pot and stove/oven. Really all we needed. We didn't make it to the pool.

I and my family visited this hotel this past weekend and we had NO COMPLAINTS, the ocean view balcony is gorgeous, it was clean and quiet, my 4 year old son gotten some very nice sleep!! We were very comfortable!! Will book with this resort next month!

Worth the money.

Fun time

We booked on line and they were very nice and sent emails and text messages telling us to enjoy our trip. Made us feel very welcomed. Nice view and nice place to stay and was able to bring our fur baby as well. We will be back again for sure. 👍🏻

Great Stay! Perfect for us!

We had a great stay in 710. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and an awesome oceanfront balcony! We are so thankful we were able to bring our sweet pup too! Ocean Park is very well kept, the staff are friendly, we were very impressed by the pools and the grounds. Great price. We will definitely stay again!

Pet policy/ lots of pot smoking in that condo

Loved. Ok. It was a great view . That’s it. It’s a old unit needs to be upgraded with modern interior design. Shower head is for a man or person that’s about 4”11 tall. I’m 6”3.. cracked my head several times.. also. All day mornings and night. Weed /pot smoking scent fumes everywhere. But u beat people down on bringing pets there. Not acceptable where I come from. U almost have to work like u do at home. Wash clean up and hump to get linens and towels. It’s not rest it’s work. So there’s my 2 cents. But I will salute you on the $74 a night room. Take care

Be ready to do some work

It was enjoyable to stay here. However gave 3 stars because be prepared to work, you have to carry all towels and bed linens to from desk to get clean ones, can’t get extra towels and you have to go to front desk to get new roll of toilet paper.
