This beautiful private corner condo offers 2 bedrooms/2 baths, fabulous pool/ocean and intracoastal views from an oversized private balcony facing SE. You'll enjoy direct access to the sandy beaches from the Seadunes private/gated walkway. Plus there's a fitness room, grill area and gorgeous lobby for your enjoyment.
This boutique-style building with just 32 units is located at the north end of Singer Island within close driving proximity to Publix, Starbucks, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, restaurants, shopping, PBIA -- the list goes on.
Non-smoking building/condo and no pets allowed. Water/sewer, electric, cable/wifi provided along with cleaning service every 2 weeks. Just come and enjoy!!
The condo association requires all renters to pass a background check processed by a third-party company.
