The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a walk-in shower, two sinks, a walk-in closet, and a sitting area with a television. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and is just off the hallway near the bathroom.

The gated front courtyard has a patio table and chairs with an umbrella and is a great spot to catch the morning sun as it rises over the scenic Chocolate Mountains.
