The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

THINGS TO KNOW
All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 5.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We’re Home

We loved our stay! Property is clean,staff is very friendly and our stay is always something we look forward to! We came to Myrtle Beach a day early had to get a room the 1st night somewhere else and it was horrible! They got us in here hours before checkin same friendly faces as previous year! We’ll be back next year! Walked in and friend yelled “we’re home!”

Love Ocean Park…but

…a little more time could be set aside to cleaning better. It is sad ppl from all over do not respect the homes away from home and trash them all kinds of ways. I was taught to treat as if it were my own home. I will forever LUV Ocean Park!🏖️🐾

Great place for the dog

A little dated, but everything worked as it should. We got exactly what we expected, no real surprises. We were satisfied overall, we just prefer other neighborhoods besides south Myrtle. This place is extremely dog friendly, so we highly recommend for dog owners.

Worth it!

There were 4 of us traveling. 2 adults/2 kids. This was just enough space for all of us. We loved how clean it was. It's not super updated but it's not an issue by any means. The little kitchen had everything we needed. Both pools were clean and fun. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. It's no frills/budget conscious but perfectly beach front. We did not experience any parking issues or any issues for that matter. Overall a very good experience.

Stay at ocean park resort in myrtle Beach

The room was fine ,the staff friendly....but they are supposed to have security ( they have every time we have stayed ) but this time i didnt see any the whole week...and because of that some people were partying way past the time of 11 pm...it was around 3 am, i know they were on vacation too but come on thats late to be at the observation deck every night drinking and smoking

Place has dog breed restrictions, which isn’t listed, and still hasn’t given me a refund

Got all the way to Myrtle Beach on 3/12/21, then were told we can’t stay here because our 11 year old dog has pit mix in him, even though there is no mention of this in the listing. I thought I did my homework, since I saw other places had breed restrictions listed. The hotel receptionist said they issued a refund on their end, but I’ve yet to see anything from VRBO. Messaged them and still haven’t gotten a response. Had to spend 2 hours in my car trying to find another place to stay.
