This spacious condo offers ocean views from both living room, private balcony and bedroom! Located on the 11th floor.
Cozy kitchen with a large counter top, spacious living room and a nice balcony for you to relax. Have your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while you take in the beautiful ocean view, as the dolphins and birds go by. This lovely condo is perfect for a very pleasurable vacation. The resort has many amenities right on the beach including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna and a gym. There is a coin operated laundry room in the buillding. Close to shopping, attractions, golf and restaurants.

Great condo for a long beach weekend!

Access to condo was very easy. Resort is older, but clean and safe. Staff were always cleaning the common areas. Pool area was clean. The beach was easily accessible and absolutely beautiful! Elevators were fast. AC unit works great and comfy bed.

Super cute condo. Older, but everything worked well. View of the ocean from the balcony. Easy access to the beach, parking quick & easy. Multiple hot tubs, pools and never had trouble finding a chair on the deck. Communication was quick and simple.

Perfect place for your family

Jeff responded fast, the property had everything you would need in it, it was clean and roomy, the floor the property is on is quiet and best of all it’s right on the beach!

Sister time @ the beach

Enjoyed the unit. Very clean & spacious for my sister & I. Stayed for 3 nights. Angled view from the balcony which was accessed from the living room & bedroom- very nice. Shelly & Jeff were great to work with. We’ll be back in the future.

The property was clean and had and oceaview.. There are 2 pools and 4 hot tubs. I would stay here again.

Great little place with a view!

Property is great, exactly as described and pictured. The view from the balcony and windows is amazing. Easy beach access from the resort. Close to most everything you would want to do at Myrtle Beach. I had a question while there and the property manager was quick and efficient in responding. Great place to stay!

Nice Place

The condo was as described and suited our needs to watch a week of baseball at Ripken Myrtle Beach. We did not use the pools or hot tubs, except for one brief swim one afternoon. The beach was very convenient and wide.

Property was amazing! The balcony has a perfect view of the ocean, although it rained the whole vacation , the staff at the complex/ the hosts made our trip perfect. My husband and I met many friends down at the bar, and sat in the hot tubs during giant rain storms. It was a vacation to remember , and I would stay again.

The place was very clean and easy to access. I had no problems checking in or out.

The parking is convenient. I was able to access my unit with no problems. The view is spectacular. The unit was clean and tidy. The bed is a little stiff and hard but overall the stay was great!

Adorable place

The only thing I would say went wrong was our timing. It was bike week so at night the bikes are very loud and there’s a lot of them. Everything was so great!!!

Great time and location

The property was just as showed online, the owner was very easy to work with and replied to every question I had. Offered to be there in only 30 minutes when we couldn’t get the TV working . Great view of the ocean and the strip both. Would definitely rent from Chris again !

Needs lots of updates

Property needs lots of updates. Towels are thin rough and bleach stained. I bought my own. The furniture is old and broken. The bedroom is very small. The smell of weed from the elevator to the room was very strong. We also had roaches in the bathroom.

Great Space for a Family of 4

Great layout and space for a small family. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need (minus food). Only suggestion would be to get blackout, or darker, curtains - the sun was bright by 6am. Otherwise a nice little condo on the beach.

I thought ocean front property meant ocean front views. This unit was side balcony view. Unit was very dated and needs a major refresh, couch and bed specifically. Unit had everything we needed for our stay and Walmart is very close for supplies. We are seniors and need a little more comfort for our stays. This unit was not to our standards of comfort.

Great location

Overall a good stay. Condo was very clean. It could definitely use some updating, especially the mattress. It felt like we were sleeping on box springs. A small investment in the newer memory foam mattress would make a huge difference. (Actually slept on the memory foam mattress at another VRBO. Loved it so much we bought one The Nectar) The listing said it could sleep 4 (queen bed & sleep sofa). That being said there were only 4 dishes, bowls, etc. had to hand wash every day. Also the door jam needed repair. There was mold above the shower area. The location was great, on the beach and close to so much shopping and restaurants.

Excellent Location

Property is located right on the beach and there is a covered parking garage onsite Jeff was very attentive to any issues that arose. It is an older property and could use some updating. My only problem was we saw a roach crawling inside the kitchen cabinet. I sent a text to Jeff and he was on it immediately setting up an exterminator.
