With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

This rental is located on floor 19.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our stay in Myrtle Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. There was no need to rent a car. Lots of restaurants and stuff to do within walking distance. We are looking forward to coming back again!

Great space near everything

Great space for family of 4. 2 bathrooms was a lifesaver with 2 teen daughters. Close to attractions, beautiful beach, clean and spacious!

Great views with an okay building

On the 19th floor with an amazing view of the ocean. We did have a problem with the A/C on arrival and it took all day with back and forth calls to the front desk to have it fixed. As far as the building and amenities, the pools with the building were small, one of the elevators stopped working and parking was a block away. Building is old and needs to be updated but it worked for our family vacation.

WOOOOOW!!

This place was AMAZING!! Really comfy beds, a FULL kitchen with pots and utensils and everything! Even a dishwasher! But the best thing was the balcony! When I say on the beach… It was ON THE BEACH. The view was incredible. Who needs a helicopter ride when the 19th floor gives you uninterrupted sky and water.

Nice condo..could use more kitchen tools

Condo was nice..spacious plenty of room for our 4. But do not expect to do any cooking. Has very few if any pot and pans. No cutting boards or knives.

Condo wasn’t very clean. Check out time was to early. Didn’t have a flight til 3:30 so checking out at 10 made for a long time of sitting around

Ocean views!

The condo was as described with wonderful beach front views, close proximity to shopping, restaurants, miniature golfing, and much more. We were within 10 minutes to the Ripken Experience baseball fields to watch our son during spring break. Great location! I was disappointed that I had to call the day before arrival to ask about our check-in process, since I felt that should have been provided prior as stated. I did reach out to Vacasa and discussed that I had not received the information and she informed me that someone world return my phone call with details. I received a text message.

I Loved the view and the staff is super friendly and helpful!a coupl6 of things to complain about though: Kitchen had mold in countertop crevices and behind sink Dust all over Bathroom toilet was dirty Had to request toilet paper first thing

Best place at Myrtle Beach

I just loved the location of this condo and the breakfast place across the street was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. Besides a TV guide in the room everything was nice. We found the tv channel on our last night with the channels listed. The condo was clean and stocked with supplies.

Myrtle Beach Condo

Overall, this is a very nice resort. Close to the boardwalk. Free breakfast, free golf, free tickets to area attractions, and oceanfront. Property was probably the cleanest that I have encountered at Myrtle Beach. Would stay again.

Nice location, comfortable unit

We had a couple problems. First, we were in need of a shower after a day at the beach and had just checked in. Unfortunately there was no soap in the bathroom. Called the front desk and for some reason the brought up bed linens. We didn’t even notice that the shower curtain was missing. Eventually we got our shower in.

Bring cleaning supplies

We loved the location, view and space! It was exactly what I asked for. However, it was not clean. Our socks were black and shoes stuck to the floor. The tubs were maybe wiped down before we got there but not cleaned much less sanitized. Mildew in the caulking. Just some simple tilex would have made the difference in our stay. The non smoking policy is a joke. Weed smells every night on the 19th floor. We could see the smoke from the balconies below from a cigar. Minor inconveniences. The staff we did see were very polite and helpful. I’m sure they are experiencing a staffing shortage like most places. Now, the breakfast at Magnolias was AMAZING! We will be back to that restaurant. Parking is a block away easy to get in and out of and plenty of spaces. We did not use the amenities. Over all we would consider this condo again.

Great Stay!

The only complaint against the resort is that the sleeper sofa bed is the worst one I have ever seen and does not provide any comfort at all! The only other complaint is that the people in the condo beside ours (1933) were smoking on the balcony, so being sensitive to the smell, I had to go back inside when they did. I wouldn't hold that against the resort though because they have a no smoking policy, just the people who don't follow rules. Otherwise, it was perfect! I would definitely stay here again!
