We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay and the close proximity to everything. We have 4 properties and 1set of cleaners so we are unable to accommodate later check outs as it would mean a later check in time. We encourage guests to explore town earlier and get some extra time in town on the day of arrival. I appreciate your valuable feedback and hope you will come back again to visit.

We are glad you enjoyed the close proximity and decor. of the home. We have hung new blinds which we were aware of but have had back to back guests with no opportunity to hang them prior to your arrival. Thank you for visiting us in Cape Charples.

We are thrilled you had such a wonderful visit and that you are as enamored with Cape Charles as we are! The high points of your trip are ones we often fail to highlight. We love the Edison bulb lit porch for evening drinks, the socializing that is part of the culture here, the tranquil beach front, and all the cute restaurants and shops. The homes that need some love are dramatically scarce as many folks are quickly buying them up for renovation. We love that we don't have a cookie cutter neighborhood and are located just a stone's throw from the Tea House and Deadrise Pizzas. While we think desks are a grand idea, not sure we have room for them but you can definitely use the large dining room table to spread your writings out.... we have lovingly put our special touches on the house and tried to make it as comfortable as possible for visiting guests. thanks for noticing! We'd love to have you back to visit again.... you can also check out our other properties, Madison House and Oystermen's Pearl, also located in Cape Charles! If you'd like to schedule another visit, try us in December, the town is magical on Festive Fridays and the lighted golf cart parade is an event not to be missed.
