Renovations include new kitchen cabinets, appliances, granite countertops main bath vanity and shower, Guest Bedroom bath vanity and newly remodeled hall bath with new 3rd shower- perfect for families. New full size washer and dryer. The bedrooms feature 1 king bed in primary and 2 queen beds in additional bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Heating and AC. In addition to being close to beach, it is 5 minute walk to Pickle Ball, Bike and Kayak rentals and General Store. 2 Patios, Smart TV with Cable/Satellite channels, Wifi, Parking, Moorings Condo Community Pool with Showers and Restrooms close to the beach. 3 Golf Courses in the neighborhood. Dune Buggy transportation to Shelter Cove. Bike and walking trails close by. Extremely clean with all the comforts you expect. Guests can relax and unwind in this serene space. Cheryl is an excellent host. Promptly answered questions before and during stay. Had one minor problem with the tv and she had someone out to fix it right away.

The unit was clean and furniture, etc. seemed new. It had everything we needed. We used the beach chairs, sunbrella and beach cart to walk the short distance to the best beach on HHI. Excellent unit and location. The host responded quickly during booking and unit access was easy. We will definitely try to stay there again although, we will need to book well in advance because I am sure this unit will be popular!

The condo was inviting, clean and well equipped for our time there. Parking was easy. Communication with owner was excellent! Beds were very comfortable!! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great plus an extra full bath if needed! Beachy decor. Great location. Palmetto dunes has lots to offer all within walking distance!! Loved the one right on beach that we walked too.lots of pools, no crowds there! Loved our stay here! Would definitely stay again!

We live in Maryland and have been visiting Hilton Head Island for the past 10 years. We love the Palmetto Dunes friendly vibe and neighborhood amenities. We go to the beach, boat, bike play golf, tennis and pickle ball. We also love going out to the many restaurants on the island and are happy to provide recommendations.

Palmetto Dunes is gorgeous, with a lovely, uncrowded beach. It is great for people of all ages. We like walking over to the General Store and hanging out on the porch and talking with the neighbors. It is also great fun to go to the Dune House and grab a snack or drink and listen to live music. The Dune Buggy links the beachside neighborhood to the shops, restaurants, boating and fireworks at Shelter Cove.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The unit has been completely repainted repainted and the living area and primary bedroom has been refurnished. The two patios now have a seating area on one side and outdoor dining on the other side. We are putting in new countertops in the kitchen and a new media console in October.
