This well-designed two-story townhouse has a private garage outfitted with a bike rack and outdoor washing space for your golf clubs, bikes, or kayaks. Two outdoor decks and a wrap-around porch provide a private & relaxing space. Walking distance from the Metfield Recreational Complex includes a pool, mini-golf, tennis court, playground, and more.

A newly designed two-bed, two-bath townhouse offers a prime additional loft with a quiet working space for executives requiring extended stay options. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the golf course and is tucked beautifully into the trees. Bird watching optional! Relaxing, beautiful location

Loved watching the birds with my morning cup of coffee in the swivel rocker looking out on the trees and the golf course. So relaxing!

Lovely

Have stayed numerous times at this wonderful place. It has everything needed to relax, cook, watch nature, shopping !!! We love to come here. This trip we watched the birds read and played games. The host is wonderful and responds if you have any questions or concerns. The only place we will stay when we come!!!

Beautiful

Have made many trips to the area to relax and have fun. The accommodations were the best by far! Everything about the place was over the top! My next trip will be in November and I will be bringing my sister with me. Love the area where we can relax, hike, bike and have fun. This was truly my favorite place in the years as a family we have stayed..

Peaceful Setting

Truly a pleasure. Peaceful setting, quiet, beautifully decorated. Very well equipped and extra touches for comfort. Plenty of space for two couples to have ample privacy as well as enjoy time together. Bird watchers delight! Very easy access to bike trail. This was our seventh trip to the area and we will definitely return to this Craftsman Charmer.

Craftsman Charmer perfect

Went for a last minute long weekend and quiet get away. This home was perfect! Very comfortable, every detail well thought out to make sure guests have everything needed for a relaxing stay. All weather sunroom and outside decks perfect for coffee and glass of wine in the evening. Bathroom and kitchen had everything you need. Close to golf and trails. Will definitely come back to stay.

Beautiful Craftsman & Bella Vista!

Had a wonderful trip with my Grandmother to Bella Vista! This Craftsman is like straight out of a decorators magazine! We had everything we needed for our stay ~ we lacked nothing! We enjoyed breakfast on the deck every morning❤️The owner Jamie is so efficient in communication! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Perfect Retreat

Beautiful, spacious home with all the amenities to enjoy a long weekend with family in Arkansas. Garage with carport was great since it rained a couple of evenings. Light, bright decor with lots of little touches really made it feel comfortable and relaxing. The two suites are perfect for two couples. Really enjoyed coffee in the sunroom watching birds and golfers each morning. Owner was wonderful and check in/out was a breeze.

We were blown away with the attention to detail in providing us with an exceptional guest accomodation. Personal amenities in each bedroom and bath were better than most 5 star hotels. While we were initially sceptical of a townhome, our scepticism quickly disappeared because the residence is the last the the quadplex and backed to a green space through which we were able to glimpse a golf green and tee box. Beautiful sun room (shaded) and porches. Really a phenomenal stay and property. Thank you!

What a perfect place to watch the eclipse! We loved the tasteful decor and all the extras making us feel comfortable and pampered. Coffee and tea service with a selection of honey, popcorn snacks to munch on, bathrooms equipped with anything you might have forgotten from home and very comfortable beds with fluffy duvets made for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend the Craftsman Charmer!

An absolute dream

It was so hard to leave. The property is so cute and cozy and we really appreciated the special touches and extras. Having coffee in the sunroom and watching the chickadees, titmouses cardinals and chippy the chipmunk was the perfect way to start our day. And wine around the firetable, under the stars, on the deck was the perfect way to end it. We've stayed at several properties in BV, and this is my fave. We look forward to future stays.

Lovely

This was the 2nd time staying and I brought my family. They absolutely loved the place. Everything was perfect from cleanliness, spacious, comfortable, and all the amenities were 100%. The host was very prompt on returning any questions and providing information. Planning on a trip the first part of December for some shopping and relaxing. We cooked our meals there and found all we needed to do so. Can’t wait to return.

Girls get away

We LOVED the whole place, Jamie had everything you could think of and more. I LOVE the coffee pot on the 2nd floor. The only thing I could say is brighter lighting in the kitchen. BUT that does not take a way from the house and how thoughtful Jamie was with the house. Cyndi and Melissa

A perfect place for us!

Jamie was very helpful when I made the reservation and if I had any questions before arriving. The very comfortable townhouse did not lack for anything and my daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Craftsman Cottage very much. So many special touches throughout. The decks are perfect for morning and evening relaxing. The sunroom views of the lovely trees and wildlife with our morning coffee were our most enjoyed feature. A really perfect place for us!
