This is a great place to stay. My husband and I have stayed 2x. We stayed here last November and again this Nov. It is in a great location very quiet area.

Wonderful Stay

The townhouse was absolutely beautiful! The house had everything we needed and even extra touches to make sure we had it all while we were there. The hosts were great to work with and we would definitely recommend this VRBO!!!

Loved this place!

Accommodations and amenities were excellent. It was warm & welcoming, decorated very nicely, extremely clean, and many unexpected add-ons (especially in the kitchen & cupboards but also with toiletries and first aid, ) Highly recommend and we plan to rent again from this hostess.

Such a cute place!

I loved this cozy stay! The decor was adorable, and they had all of the "extras" you could ever need. The view from the patio to the golf course was fantastic, and so serene. Thank you so much Kelli, we will for sure be back!

Bikers Getaway

My girls and I had the best time at CaddyShack for a quick getaway this week. The place was impeccably clean and decorated and had every amenity we could have asked for. It is right on the bike trail that runs through Bella Vista and into Bentonville. Perfect location and perfect place for a biking getaway. We will be back.

Perfection!

What a wonderful townhome in a perfect location. Property was perfectly clean and as described. Proximity to trails, golf, bike park makes this the perfect place to stay in Bella Vista. Property owner is responsive, friendly and communicates very well. Simply one of the best rentals we have experienced.

Little Get Away Vacation

We came into town for a wedding with friends and really enjoyed our stay. The location is no nice with the scenery, trails and park. We hiked around the area and spent plenty of time outside enjoying the cool weather. Very beautiful townhome. We would definitely recommend to other and/or return.

Golf Trip

Could not have been a better trip. We were there to golf and relax - and that we did. This property sits on a hole on the Brittney course so we could watch golfers coming in when we were chillin or eating breakfast. I highly recommend Caddy Shack! Well appointed!

A Delightful Stay

I stayed here two nights by myself and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property was clean, simply but stylishly decorated, and full of simple touches that made it more enjoyable—epsom salts for the bath, bug spray, extra blankets, and more. I spent a lot of time on the swing bed and back deck enjoying the view. Checking in and out was hassle-free. And in case it’s as important to you as it was to me, the tub is very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

South Dakota born and raised I have lived in numerous states. NW Arkansas is above and beyond one of my favorites. Taking care of my guests is what I love to do so it wasn't a jump for me to turn it into becoming an Air B&B host. My favorite and most important role was being a mom to my son now attending the UofA (Go Hogs!) daughter and son in law who made us first time grandparents.
