All your Sunriver favorites are just outside your door! This cozy and comfortable home is the perfect base for all of your adventures.

The Space:
1 Ashwood is a cozy private retreat that accommodates up to 10 guests. Upon entering the home, you’ll be welcomed by the beautiful sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the outdoors indoors in. The living room features oversized couches and an elevated tile fireplace, perfect for cozying up with a cup of hot cocoa. The open dining area and large kitchen island offers plenty of room for your entire party to gather around and enjoy food and drinks. Ashwood is the perfect base camp for your Sunriver adventure.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. An open dining area and large kitchen island, perfect for entertaining and prepping meals. The bedrooms include a king bed in the main room, a queen in the second, and a bunk bed in the third. Inside the loft is a hide-a-bed for extra sleeping. Also provided in the loft are books, a TV, couch, and card table. This home does not have air conditioning.

This charming two-story home is nestled amongst the pines, includes a private hot tub on the back deck, ping pong table in the garage, bikes, outdoor seating, and a BBQ. You’ll love arriving at this home and not needing to get back in the car, with its easy access to the 35+ miles of paved walking and bike trails! Ideally located just a short bike ride from your favorite Sunriver attractions, such as Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic Center, The Village at Sunriver, and Fort Rock Park. This home puts Sunriver at your fingertips to explore daily and create memories.

Need additional lodging close by for your party, check out 19 East butte! Ashwood is near an active railroad. Trains rarely blow their whistle in Sunriver and average trips through Sunriver are 2-4 times per day.

A great vacation and location

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We walked to the SHARC to enjoy the sledding hill and our family had a fantastic time.

Spring break

Home needs some updates-carpets need to be replaced, hot tub was very rusted around jets. Seemed very dusty and smelled heavily of smoke- likely from wood burning fire place. Conveniently located, but we felt a downside as the street the home sits on his busy and lots of traffic noise. We've definitely stayed at nicer homes at Sun River

A Place to Relax

This home was a perfect setup for our family. The beds and bath upstairs allowed our kids and grandkids a great place to call their own. Everything is up to date and is good shape. The kitchen was completely equipped, even for Thanksgiving dinner……a beautiful Fall tablecloth added to our celebration. The owners and property managers should be proud of this home. We will return!

Not the number of sleep options as listed due to the fold out upstairs being broken on arrival, lights were out in the house. Additionally the fridge was broken so some of our food went bad, the sound system you see in the photos are just for looks as they aren’t plugged into anything, one of the bicycles had a broken chain, and to top it off the property doesn’t have functional AC, even the fans supplied were also broken. All in all felt like the property was falling apart and lacks any proper maintenance. Property management refused to arrange any sort of refund or even partial despite clearly not receiving what was paid for. Highly recommended finding a different rental. Poor experience overall.

You can't beat Sunriver and the location of Ashwood 1!!!

My family and I visit Sunriver, Oregon every two-to-three years and we always have a wonderful time! Ashwood 1 is centrally located close to the village, Fort Rock, and the SHARC; all within walking distance to these great locations. The property itself is equipped with a great private hot tub, a ping pong table in the garage, which our kids loved to have daily grudge matches, SHARC passes for 8, and 7 cruiser bikes to get you all over Sunriver. We loved the open floor plan that brings the kitchen, family room, and dining room together, which was great for hanging out as a family. The property also had games and puzzles and books, so we enjoyed putting together a few of the 500 piece puzzles in the evening after dinner. The rooms were comfortable and were equipped with portable fans, which were needed on days when the temperatures rose above 80 degrees. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay with all the activities and things to do and we look forward to our next trip back to Sunriver!

Great Location, Some Pros and Cons

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property has a lot of things going for it, but we experienced some downsides too. When we arrived, it hadn't been properly cleaned, but when I contacted the property management company the next day they were extremely prompt in sending over crews to do additional cleaning inside and out. The location is great, right off the bike path and approx. 1 mile from the SHARC and village, and not far from Ft. Rock Park. We made use of the numerous bikes that comes with the property to bike to all of those places. Unfortunately the week we visited was extremely hot and the property does not have AC. All the bedrooms have fans, which we used, but even with those, the upstairs bedrooms stayed pretty hot during the night. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the large dining room table for eating, and setting up laptops for people who had to work. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms have been updated, but other furnishing and decor are looking a little dated.

It was nice having bikes, ping pong, and the hot tub for additional entertainment. Nice location.

The home was equipped with what we needed and the kitchen had a variety of pans, utensils, knives, and cooking wear. The logs for the fireplace needed to be split. The large logs were impossible to build a fire with due to size. Overall experience was very good.
