Spacious home, very convenient location!

Place is big enough for a huge family, close to / walking distance to shops , gas station and the beach , the place does need renovation on the tile floor but nothing to not want me to go back. Very convenient place to stay.

Really great for groups with multiple families.

This place is really great for groups with multiple families. The separate bungalows allow for each family to have their personal space, while the main dining/living areas are big enough to all gather together. The pool and spa are also wonderful.

SPI Rentals you rock! I am a returning customer and you never disappoint. Really liked the keyless entry and really quick response to maintenance issues. My only complaint would not be with SPI Rentals but rather some of the houses we have rented. Some of these owners really need to get new furniture and appliances. I've rented this house about 3 times and the King bed in unit A always breaks and something always goes wrong with one of the toilets. But again SPI Rentals response to maintenance issues is great! See you next year!!

Great family destination!

My large family stayed here after Christmas and with all the chaos that goes into the holidays this was a perfect getaway! Plenty of room for everyone. The fenced in back yard with the pool was excellent. Close to beach. Plenty options of activities and shopping near by. I would definitely stay here again!

Huge property, close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay as it was the perfect size since we had three different families staying here. We had plenty of space but still a large enough space to hang out. We loves the proximity to the beach and the pool on property. I would just say the unit needs some updating, but overall our stay was great!

This place was in really nice and has enough space for 30 people. Finding a house like this is really challenging and the price they offer is very accessible. We rented this house for our Ecology class field trip and the students really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I really recommend this place.

The place was very comfortable and accommodating to all of our needs. Information was provided well in advance for everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The only 2 notes I would provide is the first level area unit C did smell of mildew and there were a notable amount of large roaches, but these were minor nuisances and had minimal impact on our stay. Thank you for a wonderful place to spend our weekend

Family Reunion / Vacation

We have a big family so this house is perfect for us. It's the only guaranteed time we have all the kids and grandkids together for 3-1/2 days. SPI Rentals is always very efficient when we have anything that needs to be addressed. Thanks SPI Rentals for taking care of us!

In the most part the home was good. We had an issue with the pool and after a call to the property management company it was partially resolved. There was a rain storm and the roof leaked.

Someone need to check the facility before it is rented

Look at the history of the calls I have to make to get things fixed. I think I made more than 5 calls within 40 hours of stay. The toilet did not work from get go The internet is not there The TV does not work. What do you inside the home with no TV or internet You need to stand up and refund the money back.

Problems we had

Property divided into 3 units. The unit downstairs smells really bad, had to call. The office sent a man who took some smelly water from the AC and put a product to help with the smell. Then the smell turn into a chemical smell (kerosene). I had to call back to the office and they sent another person confirming that it was IMPOSSIBLE stay there the 2 nights we payed. We coundn't use that unit, other than the extra large roaches outside in the swimming pool area. Still waiting for an answer on the reimbursement...

Had a great time in SPI . The place we had consisted of 3 villas and we used it for a family reunion. For the most part it was nice. The downstairs villa had an issue with water coming from the AC closet. We reported it and someone showed up a couple hours later and fixed it. The upstairs villa A had an issue with AC not cooling the downstairs bedrooms. They must be aware of the issue because they had a fan in the room. The rest of the villa stays very cool. They have a lot of broken tiles, so be careful walking around. The pool was a great place for us to enjoy the evenings. One person walked too close to the corner of the house and gashed his arm pretty bad. It had a sharp edge. People need to be careful or it should be fixed. All in all it was a great time. Needs urgent attention

The AC on villa A wasn't working in two of the rooms, on villa B the blender was dirty and even with worms also the microwave wasn't working, we had to call maintenance to get them changed wich they did it quickly, thanks for that, also in villa B and C we were having problems with cockroaches, maintenance also were there to fumigate but we were still having a few on the kitchen area and it wasn't pleasant at all, the pool area wasn't clean when we arrived also the outside areas weren't clean as the back terrace on villa A and the chairs on the front balcony on villa B. We had a bad experience with the fact that the washing machine wasn't working and for that we didn't get a replacement, this is an essential feature for a house to have and we were expecting more about this property. We will continue to rent in SPI rentals because last year even with the fact that you had to change our main house because of a problem on that property and we had to split the group in two, the house and the apartment we got were clean and comfortable and everything was working so we had a good experience. Hopefully SPI rentals can be more involved on the process of how the houses are getting their maintenance and if the features of the house and the home appliances work, to offer your clients the best experience in their vacations. Was just OK

I think the house was as it was portrayed. Except for the washer and dryer were hidden away and we could not access them because the door was locked. So we called someone and they opened it. Also in the smaller house there were not really any pots and pans, but that was ok, we just borrowed from the other side. I wish the pool was working. Otherwise was great and nice and cute. I wanted to say one thing about the check in process. I called the day before and asked if there was early check in. The guy said that the garanteed time was 4pm (which is later than most) I asked if we got there early how we would find out, he said to come to the office when we got there and check in and they'd let me know. I got there at 2pm went tot he office and asked the front desk guy when we could check in. He kept giving me the same answer which didn't answer my question. I would ask when, or if he had and idea. He just kept saying that they will text when they know. I asked if he could get any sort of idea. He wouldn't say yes or no, he wouldn't say it would be 4. He just kept saying I'd get a text. It was just super annoying I guess. We went and messed around on the island for a bit and then I called 1 hours later I talked to a nice man who called someone else and said that it should be about 20 mins. OK now I had an idea. So I went to the office around 20 mins later and walk in and they guy said, "did you get a text?" I said no I talked to someone, he said there is no way to know when you can check in without a text. I said can you get me an idea? He said wait for the text. So, I got that he was pissed at me and so left and didn't come back till 4, then waited in line for him to hand me the keys, I guarantee NOTHING changed from 3:30 pm to 4pm and he coulda made a call and got me in our house. But I can't complain too much as the check in time is guaranteed at 4 only...right?

Excellent accomodations

Very clean, spaces were exactly what we needed for our large group. Pool and hot tub were great and used constantly. Access to the beach was handy and the Blackbeards restaurant was a place for good food and right across the road. Best Dollar store 1 block away. Would stay here again.Very happy with SPI rental companhy.

Overall was a nice stay

Had a great time. The property was nice. Had a little hiccup checking in, but office was very helpful. A few minor plumbing issues that the management was informed of and helpful. Rooms in complex A are extremely hot at night, so be sure to bring a fan. There were 5 families and there was more than enough room. Complex C was used the most by everyone, as it was closest to the pool and had the biggest table for everyone to gather and eat. Very close to the beach, less than a 10 min walk. Everyone had a really good time. Would definitely look into this property again.
