Your tropical oasis awaits at this beautiful 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home with a private pool!

Located on the bay interior side of SPI, this breathtaking private house offers guests the perfect vacation rental accommodations for their trip to SPI!
The upstairs entails 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King size bed and the guest bedroom is equipped with 2 Queen size beds. Located off the living area and kitchen is a large balcony overlooking the bay area on the 2nd floor. Guests will love sitting on the balcony and relaxing while feeling the warm breeze of our tropical climate.

Ready to cook? Guests will enjoy preparing meals with family and friends in the large fully stocked kitchens located both upstairs and downstairs for a total of 3 kitchens! These kitchens have everything you would need to cook a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The dining table upstairs has seating 6 people with an additional 4 at the kitchen counter and the additional dining tables downstairs will each have seating for up to 4 people.
This home does have wireless internet.

The 2 downstairs bedrooms have a King size beds and flat screen tv. As an addition to this bedroom you will find a full kitchen equipped with a sink, microwave and stove top for guests use. Each living area will be equipped with a sofa bed to accommodate 4 guests in each downstairs unit.

The pool area is perfect to enjoy after a fun day at the beach! Guests will love hanging out in the lounging chairs in the backyard to soak up our beautiful South Padre Island sun. The balcony faces partially to the pool area provides seating to enjoy an elevated island breeze while getting a gorgeous sunset view towards the bay!

Highly recommend this location and this property management service

The check-in was right at 4pm on the dot, everything was spotless, A/C already running at a nice temperature to combat the heat outside, and the pool was sparkling clear. Very convenient location to everything, roomy for our whole family, and a tremendous view of the July 4th fireworks. Highly recommend this location and this property management service, who had very prompt communications by email and text whenever we had a question. A+ experience and would definitely rent this place again in the future.

Wonderful stay, perfect for families and kids

Our stay at this rental house was wonderful. My kids absolutely loved the pool—it was definitely the highlight of the trip and kept them entertained the whole time. The layout of the house was also perfect for our group because each family had their own room, which gave everyone a nice sense of privacy and space. It made the stay comfortable and relaxing for both the kids and the adults. Overall, it was a great place for families, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were very clean. Location was excellent near everything . We were there for a family wedding and we drove from Chicago and it was worth the trip. I will definitely book there again.

Great View, Needs Better Listing AccuracyWe stayed at this property expecting a 4-bedroom cottage, but it was actually three separate units: two 1-bedroom units and one 2-bedroom unit. This was not clear from the listing, and it wasn't ideal for our group since the units were not connected. Each had its own private entrance, and there were no interior stairs or hallways connecting them, only exterior access.When we arrived, each unit had a very strong mothball or fumigation odor that was noticeable throughout our stay. So very uncomfortable to stay in the rooms due to the smell. It was so concentrated that even the ice and paper towels smelled horrid. The hot tub also wasn't working when we checked in, and we had to contact the property manager to have it serviced before we could use it on day 1 and day 2.One positive was the great view from the second-floor unit, which we really enjoyed. The property itself was clean, and once the hot tub was repaired, it was nice to have.Overall, while there were some positives, the layout and condition did not match our expectations based on the listing, especially considering the price we paid. Greater transparency in the description would help future guests know exactly what they're booking.Was close to the bay, but no deck to fish on or sit by. Beach access was a car ride away.

As soon as my family and I arrived, we noticed there was a terrible moth ball smell. We called the host and notified them of it and they then sent someone, who had later told us that the place hadn’t been cleaned or checked in a while… which was not nice to hear! We then later also noticed the floors were dirty and dust covered all. So it was indeed not cleaned before arrival. Another thing to add, the pictures make it seem like there’s access to the separate floors from inside but there isn’t. It is three separate apartments. Which should be in the description. I wouldn’t personally stay here again due to the uncleanliness.

The rental was wonderful, everyone had their own place and bathroom to getaway, but also a central location for cooking and gathering. The pool area was wonderful and spacious. Everyone at SPI rentals was very accommodating and responsive, were even open to moving our dates if we were worried that hurricane would pass through South Padre.

Great location and Great accommodations!

My best friends from out of town were speechless as to this Great cottage. Our kids were able to enjoy the private pool,especially my 10 year old daughter. Also , walking to distance to Longboard restaurant and other attractions where most of kids could walk to. Will definitely look into booking again.

Great reunion

Perfect Location with awesome pool

Made a last minute trip to spi and this place was super clean and very spacious. The heated pool and hot tube was the star of the show. Both the kids had their own space in the 2 downstairs apartment's and loved the privacy. Loved the location that there are 2 bar/restaurants within a 2 minute walk with gorgeous sunsets each night at the Longboard bar. Kitchen set up was also top notch. All cooking utensils, plates, etc. I would highly recommend this place.
