Welcome to our little piece of paradise!!! Relax on our spacious 7th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is waiting for you to enjoy a beach getaway! Watch the sunrise and sunset over the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy a night-in in our clean and comfy living room equipped with a smart TV. Twin Palms also features an outdoor pool and hot tub or enjoy an indoor sauna, steam room and hot tub. Twin Palms is close to shops, the water park, and a short drive to Pier Park. The white sands and clear waters are waiting for you! The memories will last a lifetime!

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was beautiful and very clean easy access to the beach. You can also walk to some restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

We have found our slice of heaven!

This condo and location is absolutely perfect! We were just here for a busy Memorial Day weekend/week and we were concerned about how many people would be on the beach, elevator waits, checking in on a Saturday, parking, etc. None of that was an issue at all! The condo is beautiful and very clean. It has a huge balcony and is located on the end. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. We honestly felt at home. Andy was so easy to communicate with and very responsive! We definitely will be back and look forward to making this our vacation home!

Vacation in PCB

Great condo in PCB. The location is perfect as that section of the beach is not as busy. It is so close to Pineapple Willy's that you can walk there to get a drink or have a bite to eat. The building is very secure and well maintain with a great pool and jacuzzi. The check in and check out process was super easy and Andy was very prompt to respond to our text when we had an issue with the AC. Andy also texted us to let us know that our condo was cleaned and ready for us if we wanted to check in before 4pm so we did! Overall great condo and would totally recommend staying there.

The host, Andy Steele was very great with communication and always responded super quick to any messages/calls. We very much enjoyed our stay! And we will definitely be planning a trip back soon! Check in and out was super easy! The balcony of course had the most beautiful view! And enough chairs for us all to sit and enjoy it! The area is very nice! There’s a Diner/ bakery right across the street with amazing breakfast! we were within walking distance to a lot of things including the Pineapple Willy’s restaurant! I can not recommend this property and host enough! Highly recommended by me and my family! And we can’t wait to stay here again! ***You do have to pay separately for parking and wrist bands but it’s a super easy process!***

The Two bedrooms/two bath codo was beautiful and so clean! We absolutely loved the balcony that had a table, 4 chairs and two lounge chairs. The view was absolutely amazing! Andy was great with communication and even called to see how our stay was going! The property was completely secure and very clean! You should book with Andy for your next beach vacation!

Great condo

This condo was perfect! Everything was decorated so cute and very clean. I LOVE how the owner was very easy to communicate with. If we needed anything I was able to reach him on his cell. The condo is on the 7th floor which my family loved because we don’t like being super high. The owner even called and said the condo was cleaned and ready early so if we wanted to go ahead and check in before 4pm we were able too. GREAT condo!!!! We will stay here again!

Excellent Summer Vacation

The condo and surrounding area is awesome. The host Mr. Andy Steele who owns Twin Palms 701is great. He helped us find another condo in the Twin Palms Resort for our family who was traveling with us and we recommend to anyone visiting Panama City Beach stay at here.

Amazing vacation

Thank you Andy for sharing your piece of Heaven with us! The condo is beautiful and clean! The view of the gulf from the balcony is breath taking! Andy is very quick to respond with any questions you might have! We did not want to go home! PCB was so good to us from the amazing accommodations that felt like home away from home, to the weather and everyone was so friendly on the property! We will definitely be back!

Best location and best stay

I’ve have been staying in PCB for about 17+ years now. This was by far the best placeI have stayed! Andy was amazing. Weather was not great but we still had an amazing time. If your looking for a place to stay then this is it!! Has its own washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. 5 stars from me!!

Perfect all around

The room was beautiful, had things that most rooms dont have ex waffle maker, dishwasher tabs. Large balcony, location was perfect and the owner was very quick to reply to emails and text. Will stay at Twin palms 701 again. Our stay was perfect.

Right on the beach.

The condo was everything we wanted plus more. It was very clean, had everything we needed. Right on the beach. Minutes away from Walmart, restaurants, and different stores. Andy was very helpful, and friendly. We can’t wait to book again. Thank you!

Best place I've stayed in PCB

So I worked for 20 years in the condo/property management field in Panama City Beach until I moved away a few years ago. Came back for my son's graduation and chose this place. Since I travel a lot, I have a grading system I follow that doesn't include a scratch mark in the paint and other silly things I see posters knock stars off for. It's someone's home that has different guest in it every week. I dont expect perfection. What I do grade on is 1. Cleanliness 2. Comfort 3.Communication. This place got an A++ in all three. 10 out of 10 stars!! The owner was easy to talk to, was quick to respond and very nice. The place made you feel right at home the minute you walked through the doors and it was everything that was pictured. The view was amazing. Cooking was effortless and the place was decorated with warmth and beauty. The cleanliness was spot on!! Probably the cleanest place I've stayed. The location is really a perfect spot for everything in Panama City Beach. I usually try new places, but I think I've found my permanent home away from home for future stays.

Always a great stay!!

This is the 3rd time I've stayed!! I dont ever look anywhere else. Andy is so helpful each time I've stayed. The condo is always clean, and is stocked with necessities. The location is absolutely perfect. Looking forward to my next stay already!!

Excellent Experience

We visited the beach during the motorcycle rally Thunder Beach and had a wonderful experience with this property. The owner, Andy, was wonderful about communication and the property was very clean and well stocked in the Kitchen. It offered a regular coffee pot and a Keurig, plenty of items to cook with and the balcony is very comfortable. I highly recommend this unit.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the property. My only complaint would be the floors need to be cleaned a little better. We all had dirty feet walking around without shoes. Aside from that the unit was exactly as described, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed and the view on the balcony was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.
