This lovely newly remodeled home is perfect for a group or family get-away. Anchorage Haus is located 2 blocks from Main Street and the Pacific War Museum. Downtown Fredericksburg shopping, restaurants and wine bars are an easy walk away. The Nautical theme, spacious living area and full kitchen lend itself to a comfortable and memorable stay for your party. The property offers three bedrooms and two baths, a dining area, private patio with seating, and off-street parking. All modern amenities are provided, including smart flat screen TV and WIFI. Children over the age of 10 are welcome. Come enjoy each other's company and the Beautiful Texas Hill Country in comfort and style at Anchorage Haus.

Mother's Day Weekend Getaway

My mother-in-law, sister-in-law and I got away for the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg and the house was perfect. Only a couple of blocks from Main Street and a great location.

Great House In Fredericksburg

This is a wonderful residence in a quiet neighborhood, and close to everything wonderful about Fredericksburg. We found the house easily and it was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

The check in is super easy, the key was hand delivered to us by Carren, who is very friendly and helpful. The space had a nice back yard with patio table and chairs. Inside was very clean with cute nautical decorations. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you would need for cooking or reheating.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants a great stay in Fredericksburg!

Perfect House

We aired it out. Each time we entered it was the same. Kitchen is well equiped. Bathrooms are well appointed. We ran out of toilet paper and per towels (half roll), they were quick to bring more. Very nice stay with gals from church.

Nice home.

Nice little house. We had plenty room. Walking distance to Main Street. House was very clean. Great communication with host. It was perfect for our girls weekend. Only reason overall rating was not 5 stars was due to road traffic. If you are not used to it, it bothers sleep. Overall was a great place and location to be able to walk & not have to find a place to park. Thanks for sharing the home!

The location is great - just a couple of blocks and an easy walk to Main Street where all the action is. The house was clean and well-kept inside and out - very modern and light. There are two driveways with parking for three cars. Key pickup and drop off at the start and end of the stay were easy at a location not far from the property.

Highly recommend

This is a lovely home, perfect for my husband and I and 3 adult daughters who met us there and stayed for the weekend. Whomever did the interior design did a great job, especially on the 2 bathrooms. Check in and check out were easy and communication was excellent. Also, an easy, short walk ro Main St. We highly recommend this property and will plan on staying here again.

Amazing girls weekend!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! It was walking distance to eat and go out. Very clean and perfect size for us 5 girls. There only 4 rolls of tp in the house. And you can imagine with 5 girls how quickly we went through those. I called the property management and asked if there were more in the house somewhere hidden. There wasn’t, lol Within 30 mins they brought us more. Couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks for a great stay! We will def be back!

Fantastic!

I would stay here again!! Everyone in the group loved it. Comfy beds and pillows, very clean, perfect location with easy walking to Main Street, lots of parking, well stocked kitchen, newly renovated. The only thing that could possibly be better (and wasn’t exactly bad to begin with) would be if there was a keypad for the front door instead of having to pick up keys on Main Street. But even then, pick up was fast and easy. A wonderful place to stay!
