Great Place

Awesome stay! I love that they provided games! After a long day touring wineries, it was nice to go back and relax and play a few games.

Great house!

We booked 603 Anderson for a girls getaway and could not have been more happy! It was a great remodeled little house in Fredericksburg. A short drive to Main Street and located in a quiet little neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy House

Cozy house, accurate listing. Not really close enough to walk to Main St, especially with darker roads at night and no sidewalks, but it was a short drive. Amenities were plentiful, like towels, toiletries, and kitchenware. Overall, would recommend for an affordable housing option if you're looking to visit Fredericksburg.

Charming yet Modern

Anderson 603 is a charming house located not too far from the main thoroughfare in Fredericksburg. It looks like a home built in the 1970s, but has modern touches, such as bold blue cabinets and open shelving in the kitchen. The bedrooms allow for maximum flexibility, with comfortable king, queen, and twin beds.

Excellent Place to Stay

Great place to stay with friends. The house was perfectly set up for our party 6. The interior of the house is so cute. Close to main street. Really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was the back outside door from the laundry room would not lock. Also the back patio and siding needs a power wash. Too many cobwebs.

Anderson 603 Guest House

Our family of five stayed in the Anderson 603 guest house for 9 nights/10 days, and it was a comfortable space with a washer/dryer available for use. While the towels and supplies were a bit low for a 5 member family that reserved for a 10 day period, the management company helped us promptly with locating additional supplies for us to use during our stay. The outdoor space in the backyard could be improved, but the house was clean with a good layout for a family in town for an extended stay.

Great home

A quick get away for girl friends! We so enjoyed this home….the amenities were wonderful . Plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy time together. Could not get tv streaming to work but it was ok since we had our phones etc.

The house was cute. The bedrooms could use a flat surface on which to place something ( makeup bag, chargers, etc.). The shower in the master bath needs a grab bar and the rock shower floor hurt the feet.

We certainly enjoyed our three night stay. The house was very clean and quite comfortable. The three couples had plenty of room. Loved the shower. The only criticism I would have was that there was only one TV and it was a smaller model. The service was excellent except for the $93 fee to change from a two bedroom house to a three bedroom.

Good location

The house is in a great location, and the main rooms are so cute. The master is also very nice. The 2 additional bedrooms are cute but the beds are terrible...the mattresses are fine, but the beds themselves make sleep impossible...they are so loud and squeaky...they really do need to be replaced and the carpet is also really gross. Last thing the shower heads are clogged from the hard water, so they basically let out 15 piercing streams of water. Very disappointed bc the pictures look amazing...these are easy fixes though so hopefully the owners can finish the remodel.

Adequate

Three friends and I spent one night at this location. It was clean! We had no major issues, however considering we were all females, security was a big concern. There was no deadbolt on the lock, curtains were very thin and the blinds were see-through and didn't cover the entire windows. The bedroom with the two beds in it had absolutely no curtains and could easily been seen through at night with the lights on. Would not stay there again simply for those issues.

The house was charming. I do have some safety suggestions. The Master Bath Shower did not have a safety rug for the floor. The uneven rocks were very slippery and there were no bars to hold on to. The other bathroom did not have safety dots on tub floor making it slippery. Hand bar would be helpful. The kitchen rug did not have nonskid backing, so it was easy to trip over. It would take so little to ensure safety. Loved the location.

Great girls' trip!

Three friends and myself spent the weekend at the house. It was super comfortable. We enjoyed having a house with all the amenities: several bedrooms, a small kitchen and dining area, and washer/dryer. It was convenient to get to Main St. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Will definitely try to book this same house next trip!
