Accommodation of 430 ft2 + 90 ft2 terrace on top floor offering an exceptional dominant position on Orient Bay (view on the ocean, the beach and Saint-Barth's island)
Property has direct access to the beach and the large private swimming pool (ocean front) of the residence. The residence has been completely renovated (end of work 2022). You will enjoy from the unit the spectacular sunrise in the ocean.
King size bed. Very high speed WIFI. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine

The very large private swimming pool of the residence in front of the beach has been completely reconstructed with end of works January 2023.

Enjoyed our stay

Clean and well renovated. Spectacular view looking down the beach from the balcony. Enjoyed walking on the beach and swimming in the rebuilt pool. We prepare most of our own meals, and appreciated that this apartment had an oven. (Several apartments in the complex only have a stove top). WIFI signal was strong and consistent. It was a good stay.

Mont Vernon is an old and deteriorated hotel with a handful of “renovated” rooms. The area is highly secluded and is challenging to get to by taxi (the seasoned driver repeatedly expressed concerns of leaving us at the property), and once arriving, the concrete paths are uneven and destroyed from lack of repair. There are several former units that have entire front exteriors missing from a hurricane in 2017. This particular unit is dated although it was “renovated in 2022.” The air did not work when we arrived, and the doors could not be left open off the patio due to suffocating odor of the extensive seaweed covering the entire beach area next to Mont Vernon. In regards to the description of the proximity of Orient Bay Beach - this is completely inaccurate. Guests would need a car (for which parking is next to impossible as residents even struggle with securing a spot) to drive to a location that is not fully covered in decaying seaweed and even remotely close to beach access or restaurants. Thankfully, Expedia responded immediately to our concerns after a lengthy phone call and pictures sent of the room and surrounding environment. The owner agreed to refund all of our payment except for $199 due to the inaccurate and misleading description published on Expedia.

L'appartement en lui meme est très fonctionnel.. il y a tout .. du lave vaisselle, au lave linge ..four ......clim. Mais le plus agréable est la vue...extraordinaire...reposante. Un appart où il.fait bon prendre le temps de se poser.
