B-203 located on the 2nd floor and is a 2 story unit with an ocean view balcony. It has a king size bed in the master, twin bunkbeds plus an additional full size bed allowing for the perfect sleeping arrangement for all families! Adding a queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers plenty of sleep space for everyone! 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need! Eat in or walk down Flagler Ave and enjoy some of New Smyrna's excellent restaurants.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Great time at Win San

Win San us my favorite place to stay because the people are friendly and I live it right in the beach. It's a lot more congenial since it is smaller than the gigantic condo places that aren't very friendly as Win San is.

Wonderful vacation

We had a great time at New Smyrna Beach. Our Win-San unit (B203) was so pleasant and restful. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. We will be back!

Great Unit

Fine

It Seemed Fine. Sufficient. Mattresses need upgraded. Too lumpy and old feeling. Need real Steak Knives. Other than that we noticed some cosmetic improvements. Good job. What really what should be done is check occupancy. One family had 11 ppl in their condo for their entire stay. It made the rest of us feel uncomfortable and say what !!!??? Only two little babies in cribs ( I hope) but none of us liked that many in one condo.

Good

We thought some of kitchen utensils needed added or updated. Hardly any cutting knives. Really appreciate the all hard floors As usual tho we thought the cleanliness of condo could use much improvement.

Easy check in but the cleaning crew needs a lot of work

We stayed in unit B203. We've been staying at the WinSan for 21 yrs. Our family goes there. Each year I say the same thing - the floors !!! They are SOOO dirty. The first day I swiffered the floors and the cleaning pad was black. Particular to our unit - the bunk beds are very squeaky. For two weeks I had interrupted sleep because a kid was moving in their sleep and all we heard was squeak. And there were only a few bowls. The gate key issue - the keys are very difficult to work in the gate.

Winsans

The rooms had a great view of the ocean. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced as it sags. Additionally the chair rollers were broken at the dining table so maintenance is sadly lacking. We were not told in advance about the rate and a deposit that we've held at the condo for 30 years was increased without notice. Response from managers was not timely. We've enjoyed WinSans for years and will probably come back however improvements need to be made.

Needs updating

The condo is just OK. It feels like it's neglected. Like i commented last year, the silverware and dishes need restocked. There were 6 spoons !! The couch and recliner were awful. We always felt like it was dirty and old and could never relax and sit on it. Those vertical blinds are horrible. Just those few things that don't cost a lot of money would make a difference. Please tell the owners to give their condo a little love and stop treating it like a 3rd class citizen. Change your light bulbs too. 3 were out near the front door.

Win-San July 2020

Upon arrival the upstairs 2nd bedroom had an empty water bottle and pair of underwear under the double bed, cleaning agent on dresser & vacuum in the landing area. **Dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, must not have been cleaned from previous occupant. **Outside furniture was dirty, ie. drink rings on side tables, spills on lounge chairs, etc. ** Mold/mildew all along window sill in master bedroom. ** Both bathroom toilets needed to be wiped down. Not an acceptable sanitizing of a unit, especially with COVID-19 issues at the present time. Would not recommend staying at Win-San to others at this time if this is the way the condos will be cleaned/managed. Also...on 3 separate occasions(stays) I have witnessed someone slipping & falling down stairs due to wet pavement on the North side of the building closest to Unit B206.This was brought to the attention of management that they are dangerously slippery when wet and yet still nothing has been done to try & rectify.

Beautiful Unit with the perfect view!

This was the 1st time we stayed in B-203 as we are typically on the 1`st floor! What a difference it makes going upstairs! The view was spectacular! Have the split level was great for putting the grandkid's to bed and still being able to socialize without whispering. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in the unit, it is decorated beautifully. We will definitely be back!
