This is a ocean front complex, located less than a block from New Smyrna's popular Flagler Avenue, No other condo is closer to Flagler boasting more than 100 unique shops, captivating galleries, fine restaurants and fun pubs near it. You could not have picked a more perfect location!
A-208 located on the 2nd floor and is a 2 story unit with an pool view balcony. It has a king size bed in the master, full & twin size beds in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room offering plenty of sleep space for everyone! 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need! Eat in or walk down Flagler Ave and enjoy some of New Smyrna's excellent restaurants.

Wonderful Condo… Location.. Location.. Location!

10 out of 10!!! Fantastic Condo… the best NSB has to offer! This condo is so well maintained, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Great pool and ocean views. Everything you need for a perfect vacation.

Great Place

This was my 3rd time staying at a condo at Win-San's. This is a great place to stay. This condo was good., nice and clean. We did remove the mattress topper (just rolled it up and put it on the floor) on the king bed as we had a hard time moving while sleeping as we just sunk down. I am sure some like the toppers but honestly the mattress that is there is so comfortable that there is no need for it. We did put it back before we left. The only other thing was the lack of extra towels. There is only 2 regular towels each for 4 people and no beach towels. We did buy some while there so we had them for the pool. Thanks for letting us rent from you!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. The location also could not be beat!! Steps to the beach and a beautiful pool. We also used the laundry- very easy and convenient!

We found our stay in this unit to be an excellent experience. The unit was clean and well maintained. The unit overlooks the pool and has a view of the ocean. The property is very clean and the pool area is very nice with plenty of room and friendly people. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Wonderful Visit

We really enjoyed our visit to this unit and Win San. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. We've stayed in other units at Win San; this one has extra windows that provided additional sunshine into our day! The condo and complex were both very clean. We appreciated the views of the ocean and pool. Great visit, can't wait to come back!

Perfect location, beautiful pool that was heated, on the ocean, nice master bedroom, bathrooms on 2 different floors, balcony nice but in the shade, washer and dryer in the complex instead of the condo but was easily accessible, very helpful if you needed anything while there, loved the area, lots to do. Hopefully will go there again next year if we can make a reservation. Want to go for 1 month but they prefer you go for 3 months January-March. 🤞

My son is autistic and he was so looking forward to the heated pool--heaters broken and no one fixed it We loved the unit, the pool broken was a bad thing He doesn't understand why I believe more effort could have been placed on this. we only stayed there because of the pool
