Another Great Year!

We look forward every year, to coming to New Smyrna Beach. Over the years (17) we have been staying at Win San we always had excellent accommodations, assistance if problems ever arrived and just overall atmosphere of everyone staying there. Great place for a family vacation on the beach!

Our Annual Stay

We have stayed in this unit almost every year since 2003. The owner always reaches out to us to see if we had a good stay. It's almost like coming home every summer when we arrive. It's two story layout is great, because it allows us to spread out.

We enjoyed staying at Win San as always. Nice unit. My only complaint would be that the refrigerator was full of owners food so we did not have much room to store anything. Couldn't get the TV to work. Other than that, it was great.

Good

Love New Smyrna. Love the beach and pool. Key situation needs updated. It caused confusion and irritability for us all. Downstairs bathroom shower door was broke all week. A little more hands on availability of a manager or property management group on site would be helpful!

Review of Win-San Condo 208

Our stay at condo 208 was wonderful, however, there was difficulty following the instructions for the wi-fi to log on the computer. We had to call the service to ask for assistance. Instructions for log on is very poor and even the service person had difficulty. Everything else was wonderful.

Unit needs improvement

Kitchen floor mat is extremely dirty and needs to be replaced. Kitchen towels are unusable due to filth. Outdoor patio chair is broken and pieced together with tape. We almost injured ourselves when one of us sat on it, fell through and got scratched by the jagged pvc plastic. Upstairs shower curtain didn't have enough hooks to be hung properly. This should be a simple fix. Wood/glass coffee table was so dirty when we arrived it forced us to clean the entire condo before feeling comfortable enough to unpack. Bedroom drawers were filthy. Carpet needs to be cleaned. I'm of the opinion that the owner of the unit needs to make some simple improvements. Unfortunately the lack of updates and care become a reflection of the management company. I've been coming to this condo complex for 40+ years. My family worked here for many years. . Given how dirty this condo has been two years in a row, I can say the only reason I come back is for the family history, otherwise I would stay somewhere else. I asked for a different condo last year but there wasn't one available. I have stayed in other units that were more clean and more up-to-date.
