French-inspired elegance in this cozy basement apartment (separate entry)w/breathtaking views of Mt. Rainier! French decor throughout creates a serene retreat. King bed with memory foam mattress that isn't too firm nor too soft-it's just right.

Cozy fireplace located right next to the loveseat.

Everything about this space is quiet and private. Outside enjoy a private hot tub, BBQ, fire pit & seating area amid tranquil nature. Deer & raccoons roam the property. Every now and then you will spot our cat Mr. Nacho.

We have everything you’ll need including a complimentary bottle of wine for those 21 and older. We have wine glasses, mugs, kuerig, microwave and mini fridge. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. We have towels and washcloths as well. For your convenience we also have robes.

Charcoal grill outside (you will need to bring briquettes) plus we have the utensils needed for grilling. Fire pit is outside, bring your own firewood to enjoy this feature.

You can see a view of Mount Rainier from the guest area. It is viewable through our deck. Our street is very private, and there are only a handful of homes located here, so it’s very serene. When you round the corner onto our street, you will see the most magnificent view of Mount Rainier!

Book your stay for a perfect blend of style & comfort, complete with a complimentary bottle of wine. Take note, being a basement apartment, you may hear us upstairs-but don't worry we are very quiet.

The room was clean and Whimsical and fun in a Parisian Style:-) the fireplace kept the room cozy and warm. We were not in need of anything. The view from the Mountainside was gorgeous!

Very quiet location and great view of Mt. Ranier!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wanted to use the hot tub but the weather was still a bit too cold!

The host is very nice and helpful! The room was comfortable and cozy with the french decor. Bathroom had all the essentials. It was handy that the room included a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge.

Quaint and quiet

No issues with the host or house. If I knew next time, I would try to book through Air bnb instead! Very nice and clean setup. Friendly host ans beautiful scenery.

Serene and Beautiful!

I was in town to visit friends and am glad I stayed here instead of at a hotel. The bed was comfortable and the place was beautifully decorated with a French theme. I enjoyed looking at all the art. In the morning I had my coffee outside, at the table under a big redwood tree. The hot tub was really enjoyable in the cool evening. Amy was quick to respond to all communications.i would definitely stay here again!

Great views! Cute room, but no real kitchen/ette. We had 2 coffee mugs & 2 wine glasses for a 4 night stay. Our host was extremely gracious and got us some paper plates & dish soap so we could at least wash cups, albeit in the bathroom sink. Then the shower drain backed up and there was water

I'm glad you enjoyed the views and found your room cute! I do want to clarify for future guests that our listing does not advertise a kitchen or kitchenette. The amenities are clearly shown and described, including a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig with Kcups-perfect for light snacks and beverages. For guests wanting a full kitchen and prep space, a condo or vacation rental with a full kitchen might be a better fit. Regarding the shower issue, it turned out there was a clog in the drain that unfortunately surfaced on your last night. Even though it was close to midnight, we addressed it right away because we truly care about our guests' comfort. I appreciate the feedback, and wish you the best in your future travels!

This is a quiet basement apartment with everything you need at a great price. The owner even had a bottle of bubbly waiting for us, which was unexpected but welcome! The bed was super comfy, everything very neat and clean. We loved looking at all the art on the walls - it's an eclectic collection! The owner was quickly responsive to our one request, and nicely receptive to feedback that we provided at the end of our stay. If you are taller than 6'2", there are some sections of the ceiling where you are going to need to duck.

Amy’s place was on the side of a beautiful mountain. She gave very clear instructions for my arrival. The apartment itself was cozy and had a lot of personality. The hot tub was very relaxing with nice views towards Mt. Rainier.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We purchased this property a couple of years ago and are thankful every day that we get to call this place "home". The view we have of Mt. Rainier and the Orting Valley is nothing less than spectacular! The wildlife is abundant, with deer, raccoons, rabbits, and squirrels. Lots of little critters to see. There is plenty of privacy (both for our guests as well as for ourselves), and we have many varieties of trees and flowers on our property. It's quite serene as we live on a very quiet street and we have approximately 4 acres.
