All spaces and amenities are 100% separate and private to you and your guests, no shared spaces at all. You have the entire private apartment suite, your own pool, yard, grill, picinic table, firepit, lounge furniture, driveway, parking, deck and entrance. Again, nothing is shared with the guests below other than the front yard.

1 bedroom 1 bath, 750sq ft mother in law suite upstairs, attached to a home on an acre with a pool, firepit/grill, private entrance with deck/ balcony, ample parking for a truck and boat, jetskis or rv. Walking distance to the lake and river, with access to private Lake McQueeney via Woodlake Boat Ramp, just down the street.
Suite is set up for couples, with 1 king size bed. It offers a very generous room, comfortable bed, white linens, a sitting area, dining table, smart tv, a large spa like bathroom with a double sink marble vanity, a luxurious deep soaking tub, a large stand alone shower, and a toilet room.
All the amenities are 100% private and not shared, starting off with the private entrance through the metal gate up the stairs to the deck. You'll have access to the pool and hot tub 24 hours a day. There is a picnic table, a fire pit, and there's a charcoal grill outside.
In the suite upstairs there is a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee pot, and a mini fridge.
If you smoke please do so outside, 420 friendly, you can smoke where ever you like just NOT INSIDE, and please pick up your mess!
No children under 18, no animals of any kind, this rental isn't suitable for either.

This rental is in a rural area, with lots of woods, fields, and water close by. With that comes pets, livestock, wildlife, insects, smells, pollen, leaves, trees and more, and of course weather. These are all things we cannot control even though we would love to! We strive to give the most amazing stay in Mcqueeney but are at the mercy of nature and weather. Therefore no refunds will be given under any of these circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

**property is in a rural area with many trees, therefore keeping pollen, leaves, twigs, small debri, etc out of the pool is almost impossible. We have a pool service that comes weekly, and we clean it ourselves as needed and before check in. We do our best to keep it as clean as possible but it is an outdoor pool in a wooded area and unfortunately cannot be perfect 100% of the time. No refunds will be given based on this issue

** There will be a property manager on the property daily to attend to the pool and animals.
