Enjoy superfast 1GB fiber optical internet and have fun in the game room with a pool/ping pong table, foosball, and Xbox games after your Disneyland adventure.

Surrounded by lush palm trees, this property boasts a backyard oasis featuring a sparkling salt water pool, hot tub, patio with outdoor dining table and BBQ grill, and a spacious lawn perfect for kids to run and play.

The Neighborhood:
Cul De Sec location, very quiet and safe neighborhood. Every home is nicely maintained and kept up in this neighborhood. In spring, you'll see beautiful blossoms along the street. Please no party in the house, and repect neighbors. The quiet time enforced by the city is 10am - 9am.
Getting Around:
Special Note: OCTA Bus route 43 is only two blocks away! It only takes two stops to reach Disneyland Park entrance. The bus runs every 20 minutes to and from Disneyland Entrance! Uber is convenient anytime to anywhere. About 1.2 mile to the entrance of Disneyland is 1.2 miles.
Besides theme parks, I'd strongly recommend you to check out historical landmark - "Anaheim Packing District", which is walking distance from my house. You'll be surprised how popular this place is, it's a hidden gem to explore... lots of yummy foods awaiting... Also lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Regarding Grocery stores, here it is,
1. Day and Nite Groceries & Taqueria (0.1 mile)
2. Walmart (0.6 mile)
3. Vons (0.7 mile

- Between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m., enforced by the city of Anaheim.
- **Check-in Requirements**:
- Prior to check-in, guests must provide additional information and photo ID for identification verification purposes.
- **No Smoking Policy**:
- Smoking, including vaping and marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the home and game room.
- **Maximum Occupancy and Booking Information**:
- Maximum Occupancy is 11, including infants under 2 years old.
- Initial daily price covers 10 people, with an additional guest fee of $30 per night per guest.
- No additional visitors permitted unless approved by the host.
- Minimum booking age is 21 years old with a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights.
- Right to decline requests leaving a 2-night gap in the calendar.
- **Pet Policy and Pool Heating**:

-We received notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behaviors and allowing unregistered guests into our properties. The cameras are on front yard, back yard and side yard. We have access to recorded footage at all the time.
