This was a perfect place to stay for me and my husband to celebrate our anniversary. It was within walking distance to everything. We never moved our vehicle. There was also plenty of on-street parking outside of the home and we were there on Memorial Day weekend so the city was busy. We would definitely stay again.

Location was wonderful. Small quaint place perfect for 2 people. Everything was in walking distance. The only downside was the cleanliness, sheets were stained and dingy. Other than that, We will for sure be back in the area.Thank you

Thank you for your review and the four-star rating. I’m glad the location and cozy layout worked well for your stay. I’m very sorry about the cleanliness and the stained, dingy sheets — that falls short of our standards. We’ve addressed this with housekeeping and are replacing the linens and tightening our quality checks to prevent it from happening again. I’m sorry we didn’t earn five — if there’s anything else we could have done to make your stay perfect, please let us know through Vrbo messages so we can address it. We hope to welcome you back to Lucky Savannah soon! - The Lucky Team

Couldn’t figure out where we got into it. Strange.

Our resent stay in Savannah

This is our seventh visit to Savannah and have stayed on Jones St five of them and realy enjoy the Jones street location. The accomodations are very nice and well equiped. This location is right accross the street from Mrs Wilkes Kitchen which is nice experience and close to Clary's if you read " In The Garden of Good and Evil " and we also enjoy Crystal Beer Parlor and Noble Fare

A winter stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Metal Oak was great for my wife and me. It was clean, great location, and had everything we needed. The games in the game room were not functional, but we were looking for that in a rental. We appreciate Lucky Savannah.

Perfect!

Location, cleanliness, high end, quality, safety, convenience, fun, beautiful, and comfortable are just a few adjectives I could say about the Metal Oak. Our family truly enjoyed our time here, cooking and playing games together and the tv was PERFECT to watch LSU in the World Series. Thank y’all for such a pleasant stay!!!

A lovely place!

My husband and I stayed for a week, and it was excellent. We had some issue getting in initially as 3 different codes were provided, but none seemed to have worked. However, the staff are incredibly helpful and had it resolved in minutes. It was very neat and tidy, and we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place

The apartment was beautifully decorated and close enough to walk to most places we wanted to go. One small suggestion: 2 washcloths is not enough for 2 people to stay 3 nights. Need a washcloth for each person each day. I don't mind reusing towels, but reusing washcloths is not my preference. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Spot in Savannah!

I absolutely adored staying at this apartment. Having a ground level stay was incredible and easy as can be. Just steps away from all the big sites you will want to see. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do and never moved our car the entire trip. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Perfect for a couple or 2 people. The game room was an awesome addition and my husband and I used it every night for some extra fun. Very clean and like I said just as pictured. Being on the beautiful Jones street was highly worth it. So picturesque and exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend and would 100% stay here again!

Best VRBO we have stayed in.

Beautiful modern rental in historic Savannah close to everything. We parked on the street and always found a spot near the rental. Free parking on weekends was nice. The door code that was sent through the app at check-in did not work but management gave us a new code right away when we called. The heat worked great on cold nights. Shower was hot! Everything was as described in the listing. Could not have found a better place!

Lovely property and awesome location

This property has everything a couple visiting Savannah could want. Open style kitchen/living area, back yard to hang out, etc. Everything is modern and updated and the location can't be beat. We were visiting my daughter who is a student at SCAD and the game room was great addition to the happy hour that we hosted for her and her friends. The only issue with the house is that the wifi was not very strong and we had to restart it a few times but that didn't bother us much but if you needed to rely on it for a business meeting or work, it may be an issue.

Lux on Jones

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved Savannah and the Metal Oak property was fantastic. The management people were there for us with any questions we had about the area or the rental. Place was spotless, well equipped and the game room a nice plus and in a great location. The only drawback (which WAS noted by renter) was the metered parking on the streets in the area
