Located off of the beaten path and within walking distance to essentially everything the Historic District offers, Rue Garden is an inviting and charming rental for your Savannah stay. Stepping into the living space, guests have an ample amount of plush seating, where they can gather together at the end of the day and catch up on their favorite shows. The living room sofa also converts into a queen sleeper sofa for additional accommodations.

At the back of the home, boasting with natural light from your windows that overlook the courtyard, step right into the fully equipped kitchen. The elevated, and spacious kitchen features all of the modern conveniences one could wish for. You'll have everything you need during your stay, which makes this an exceptionally convenient spot to call home… even just for a few days!

Tucked away, the Queen-sized bedroom features a calming, neutral palette and with a ensuite bathroom. The beautiful ensuite bath features a pedestal sink, plus a spacious shower/tub combination.

Guests are only a short walking distance away from Columbia Square, The Riverfront, City Market, and most of downtown's shopping and dining options!

What is parking like for this home?
This unit has one private parking space behind the home. All additional parking can be found on-street, and is metered which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm. You have the option of feeding the meter, parking in a nearby parking garage, or buying a parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center. All of that information is included in our confirmation email sent upon booking.

*Our cherished home, Rue Garden, is located next to a building that is currently undergoing construction. While this may cause some noise during weekday business hours, we want to assure you that Rue Garden itself remains a peaceful and charming retreat in the historic district.*

Wonderful place. Clean, comfortable. Full kitchen and washer and dryer as well plus you have your own parking space. This place is also walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Parking was great. Location was great. Could definitely hear the people above very early one morning with loud shoes and dragging a suitcase. Very cozy place though. Construction next door was not heard at all.

Very comfortable, lovely place situated close to many sights. We walked to River Street, Broughton St, restaurants and much more. I loved how comfortable the living room was and how convenient it was to have free parking right outside your door. In the bedroom it was extremely quiet at night. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. There is alot of construction going on Oglethorpe, but it never bothered us. The rental company was amazing and quickly responded to my questions before our trip and during. I highly recommend this adorable, very clean place.

The outdoor garden and fish pond needed some attention it had a neglected weedy look to it. Other than that, the property was very clean. The TV in the living room did not have a remote that could control the volume when we checked in. The ROKU streaming device remote had no volume controls. We called Lucky Savannah but nothing was done about the problem. We didn’t use the TV for that reason. The TV in the bedroom was fine with a Firestick, so we didn’t call again to complain about the LR tv remote. Off street parking was a great plus. The location of the property was great!! We enjoyed the central location that made everything just a short walk away to the riverfront, Forsyth Park, museums, the many squares and many shops, restaurants, pubs. The property also sat across the street from the Savannah police station so safety was not a concern. We explored a lot of Savannah on foot everyday because of the great location. The historic district of the city is beautiful and we felt lucky to find a place right there in the historic district.

Honeymoon Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It has an amazing location within walking distance to everything you want to go to. The house itself is very cute, and we were lucky enough not to have anyone upstairs while we were there.

Everything was as described and clean. Property management was accommodating and responsive. Really close to everything, so very walkable to food and places of interest. Ongoing construction was the only negative which was adjacent to the property. Not a fault to the place hopefully will be done in the near future to make the stay even more enjoyable . Would definitely return on our next trip to Savannah!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved it. There was a nail sticking up from the floor in the doorway to the bedroom. I pushed it down the best I could with a kitchen tool, then covered it with tape so we wouldn't injure our bare feet. The dryer was acting up, but the management company sent a maintenance man right away who took care of it. I made a mistake on our reservation and they worked it out so we could stay one additional night
