Large table plus bar seating for our large family group. Spa was a hit! Warm gas fireplace! Double set of washers/dryers. Host responded quickly and always positively and helpful. Recommend highly!"

Please note the house has central heat but no AC. We do provide floor fans for the bedrooms but usually opening the windows is sufficient during warmer summer months.

Great mountain home

We sure enjoyed our stay here! The home is so well stocked with supplies, very clean, lovely bedding, perfect location, and plenty of space for all of us! The neighborhood is very quiet and grandkids had fun playing outside on their bikes and toys. Tara was very prompt in communicating and check in and out so nice. Highly recommend this home.

Great place for the whole family.

The place was perfect! Super clean and welcoming. We had two couples, two singles, and three kids. Two of the kids shared the bunk room and the third slept with his Mom. We all had our own rooms and plenty of bathroom's. When in the area I would definitely book again. My whole family felt right at home with plenty of room for everyone.

Beautiful house with lots of space

Family ski vacation with lots of couples. Good location and lots of space to hang out. It’s located three bus stops from eagle. Walkable but after a day of boarding it’s easier to take the free shuttle.

Annual Family Ski Trip

We take an annual family ski trip (3 families with children and dog). This place was perfect. Each family had their own space, kids had a blast with their cousins - having sleepovers in the loft. Location was great - 2 min walk to bus, then short ride to Eagle Lodge - with ski school for kids and rentals for adults. Overall was a great location. Host was very responsive. Hot tub was a plus!

Great spot for 4 families - 15 people

This was a great location for our 4 families with a total of 7 kids under 10. Everything was as advertised, it was well-stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the double washer/dryer were a bonus. We loved the location and took nightly walks on the... nice green grassy area... nearby. Tara was very communicative and was very amenable to our asks. Highly recommend!

Very nice house for a large group

My friends and I chose Tara's house for our stay in Mammoth and it was great! The house is very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked and we never ran out of dishes. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. There were plenty of linens. We had a slight Internet issue and it was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend the place for your stay.

Very Enjoyable

This is a very nice property. Clean and quality. It worked very well for a family gathering: getting everyone together in the great room, preparing meals together every night in a nice kitchen, with a big table for eating together. The bedrooms were great, the parking situation was great for our 3 cars, and overall everyone had a wonderful experience. Plus, we were treated to a magical early autumn snowfall, with big fluffy floating snowflakes! Would definitely stay here again.

FANTASTIC LOCATION

We lucked out with this property. Great communication with the owner. The pilot balloon blew out on the fireplace and they had a service man fix it the next day. Great amenities. We also lucked out with the weather! Kids were able to sled next to golf course. Shuttle to Eagle Lodge literal steps from the property. Would stay in this beautiful house again.

Family trip

Stay was great, we all had good time. The property is right next to golf course road and Main Street so traffic noise. Roof repairs were in process in the complex so that caused a lot of construction noise during the day. Condo has a lot of stairs which were not described or pictured in listing.

A nice, larger home option

We got together with family in Mammoth for a reunion, so we stayed with extended family in the home, with people of all ages. Tara was easy to communicate with, the check in and check out processes were simple, and the house it located in a very central location for Mammoth. It was nice having the large kitchen, dining, and living spaces for when we were all hanging out at the house, and everyone loved having a hot tub too. We stayed there in July, and one downside was no AC. The upstairs and main levels were very warm, even overnight with the windows all open, so it wasn’t the best for sleeping. Just something to consider if you’re there in the summer time. Other than that, we had a good time.

The Perfect Family Vacation House

We just got home from an fabulous 4-night stay in this amazing Mammoth Mountain vacation home. We had both sunny skies and blizzard conditions on this ski trip and whether on the slopes or cozying up and enjoying playing games in front of the fireplace, we were all in mountain living heaven here. The house was a short ride to Eagle Lodge via the Green Line bus which was just around the corner, making trips to and from the lifts super easy. This house was large and spacious and incredibly well appointed, both in styling and functionality in every way. We cooked all meals in while there and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a large group of extended family from age 5 to 78 and there was plenty of beds and space for everyone. A few things required contacting our host, Tara, and she was prompt in response, friendly and accommodating. We all want to come back again next year and we give this beautiful mountain home and it's friendly owner 4 stars. ****

I live in Los Angeles with my husband and we have a son and a daughter, both in college. I used to practice law but took a break when I had my kids. That break lasted about 15 years! I got my real estate license several years ago and manage a number of vacation rentals in Southern California (including two of my own, in Malibu and Marina del Rey, both on the beach). In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, riding bikes, hosting friend and family get togethers, going to Angels games, and playing Scrabble, Backgammon, card games and Fantasy football.

I love to roam the globe, and am a well-traveled Airbnb guest so know what a host should do to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests. I strive to give all my guests a 5-star quality stay and pride myself on my responsiveness and flexibility.

My family and I had been on the lookout for a place in Mammoth for several years. My husband and daughter were able to tour this property before it went on the market and knew right away it was the place for us. It checked all the boxes - spacious and open w/high ceilings and tons of natural light, proximity to ski lift and the golf course, enough beds for our family and future spouses/grandkids, washer and dryer in unit, ample parking in addition to private garage, and our own private jacuzzi. We look forward to staying in the house ourselves whenever time permits, but are excited to rent to others so they can enjoy and create memories with their own family and friends!

Location location location.....in addition to everything mentioned, the house is along the Town Loop Bike Path, where you can enjoy a scenic 7.8 mile ride with the entire family.
