★ Pool & Spa Heating - $55 per day *Need 48-hour advanced notice, must be paid prior to arrival.

• Important note: From November to February, pool heat typically warms the water to the mid-70s. Without heating, water temperatures can drop into the 40s or 50s. While we do our best to maintain comfortable pool temperatures, weather conditions may affect the exact temperature.

★ Must be 25+ in order to book.

★ NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.

★ Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

★ Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

★ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Not available at this time.

★ Locals must message before booking.
