Our cozy, Paradise Ranch House is the perfect place for a vacation, or staycation in the Valley of the Sun! Our comfortable, Arizona-themed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in North/Central Scottsdale and sleeps up to 7 people comfortably. Enjoy the beautiful backyard, pool, patio, and BBQ. The home is close to the Loop 101 and Cactus which is nearby many exciting events including golf, museums, night life, restaurants, shopping and more. The neighborhood is private, safe, and quiet.

The House ~ The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a private fenced yard. The home is centrally located and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The home accommodates 6 adults and 1 additional child and 1 baby/infant (we have a pack n play) for a total of 6 adults and 2 children per reservation.

Living room ~ A large, bright open space for relaxing, chatting and enjoying time with family. Enjoy your favorite movie on our Smart TV or connect to our wi-fi and surf the net. We have a well-appointed welcome table with local information and snacks for guests.

Kitchen ~ well-equipped with modern appliances including a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, Keurig, and toaster. Ample dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans and baking sheets. Visit our coffee bar to brew up a cup of coffee using the Keurig or brew an entire pot of coffee with the drip coffee maker. Coffee bar also has hot tea and hot chocolate for guests to enjoy.

Dining Room ~ Ample seating for guests to enjoy meals, play games and have great conversations.

Arizona Room ~ have some fun in our Arizona room playing ping pong against your opponent! There is also a desk for those needing to work from home, a loveseat for relaxing and sliding glass door to the yard.

Main Bedroom ~ The Cactus Suite has a large king bed, separate his/her closets, ceiling fan, beautiful view out the pool and ample lighting. The Cactus Suite has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, another storage closet with luggage rack, hairdryer, and a full-sized shower stall with tub. Dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Second Bedroom ~ The Desert Rose room has a queen bed, ceiling fan, bedroom closet, luggage rack, small dresser and ample lighting.

Third Bedroom ~ The Bunkhouse room is great for young and old alike. It has a twin over queen bunk bed with ceiling fan, bedroom closet, luggage rack, and ample lighting.

Hall Bathroom ~ full shower stall with glass doors, ample counter space, , and lighting, hairdryer and exhaust fan. Dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Yard ~ Enjoy our beautiful backyard oasis any time of year! We have a large seating area with umbrella perfect for eating dinner outside. There is also a seating area near the pool, large turf area great for playing Cornhole, and a propane BBQ grill. Our pool is fenced however guests must always supervise their children when swimming. Our sparking pool has a relaxing waterfall and basketball hoop for those looking for some fun! Enjoy the ambiance of the cafe lights after the sun goes down.

Please note the pool is not heated.

Garage - guests have full access to the garage during their stay. Guests are also permitted to park in the driveway.

Additional Amenities ~ access to the garage, central heat and A/C, washer and dryer, laundry soap and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, family games and puzzles, Cornhole game, pool basketball hoop, BBQ grill, porta crib, highchair, and high speed internet for all of your streaming needs or work from home zoom meetings.

Recording/monitoring device cameras on the property in the front of the house (nest Doorbell and Nest Camera) which monitors the front door, driveway and sidewalk and a Nest Camera on the back of the house that monitors the backyard and pool. The cameras record motion, audio, and video 24/7. Our cameras are for the protection of our home. If tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate the property without refund of stay.

Please note ~ This is a NON-SMOKING property. We do not allow smoking or vaping inside or outside of the house.

Cleaning ~ we are using up-to-date cleaning protocols as recommended by the CDC and Airbnb. All surfaces of the house are sanitized, linens sanitized, and extra cleaning products are on hand for the guests.

Guest Access:
There is ample parking in the driveway or guests do have access to park in the garage.

The Neighborhood:
The Scottsdale greenbelt biking/walking path is just at the end of the block. Honor Health Hospital is 5 nearby. Not only does this beautiful home have great amenities, but it is also centrally located near all the major events, best restaurants, shopping, and golf courses in the area. We are minutes away from the Phoenix Zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden.

For outdoor activities, enjoy hiking the mountain trails, biking the numerous paths, taking desert Jeep tours, or going on a hot air balloon ride! You will have access to multiple parks and trails including Brown’s Mountain, Sunrise Trailhead, Tom’s Thumb, Biltmore Fashion Park, Granada Park, Camelback Mountain Trails, Piestewa Peak Park Trails and more. It is also located close to some of the best shopping and dining in Arizona at the Fashion Square mall, Old Town Scottsdale, and Kierland Commons.

Catching professional sports games is easy when Salt River Fields are only 4.6 miles and Scottsdale Stadium is 11 miles away. Close enough to watch all your favorite Spring Training teams, plus lots of other sports favorites like the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Coyotes, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Arizona Cardinals. The golfers of the group will be thrilled to find so many golf courses within minutes of the property, including Camelback Golf Club, Arizona Golf Club, Paradise Valley Golf Club, McCormick Golf Club and Scottsdale Golf Club. When you’re ready to relax, treat yourself to a spa day at Inspire Day Spa, Spa Avenia at the Hyatt, or any of the other nearby Scottsdale Spa locations.

This home is just 19 miles from the airport, making your arrival or departure a snap.

Please make sure you take time to review our house rules before booking your stay, breaking these rules could result in additional fees.

-Primary guests ~ 25 years or over and be at the property for the duration of the stay. The house has a maximum overnight occupancy of 6 guests and 10 guests during the day. Day time guests must have the hosts permission prior to arrival.

-No parties, events or large gatherings allowed. No unregistered guests allowed at the property; any guests of the registered guests will need prior approval from the property host. A $250 per person charge will be accessed for any unregistered guest on the property.

-No smoking/vaping or drugs allowed inside or anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be assessed if guests are smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

-No pets allowed on the property.

-Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.

-Swimming is at your own risk, we are not liable for any incidents that may happen in regard to the pool. There is a pool fence however, children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times whilst in the pool and in the pool area.

-The pool is not able to be heated. The waterfall is on a daily timer and will turn on and off accordingly.

-Do not prop the pool gate open for any reason. Adults need to make sure the pool gate is closed and secured prior to children playing in the backyard. Guests are not permitted to remove the pool gate or any portion of the pool fencing.

-There is an additional $60 cleaning fee for stay over 14 nights. I will send a separate request via the Airbnb resolution center for the additional cleaning fee.

The property has a Nest connected thermostat. Please note that guests are given a temperature range in which they can adjust the temperature up or down. Tampering with or disconnecting the thermostat will result in the immediate termination of the stay. Likewise, tampering with or disconnecting the router, network equipment, connected door lock, external cameras, ect will also result in the immediate termination of the stay.

-We have a Nest Doorbell/security camera next to the front door. The doorbell camera monitors the front door, There is a Nest flood light camera above the driveway that monitors the driveway and a camera on the corner of the back porch that monitors the pool. The cameras record sound and video 24/7. They are for the safety and security of the house and while guests are on the property. No tampering with or disabling any of the security cameras, WIFI or pool equipment, this may result in termination of the reservation without refund.

Unauthorized party ~ $1,000
Unauthorized pet ~ $300 per pet
Tampering with security cameras/devices ~ reservation terminated with no refund and $500 fee
Parking on properties landscaping or in the yard ~ $300 per vehicle
Disconnecting the pool vacuum or tampering with pool equipment (pool pump or vacuum) ~ $50 and charge from pool company
Smoking inside property ~ $500
Extra cleaning ~ $60 per hour
