Sunshine, charm, and relaxation aren't the only things you'll find it this newly (2021) remodeled paradise condo. Everything in the home has been replaced fresh and new to add to your beach getaway. From the back patio you are only steps from the Southside pools, or a few more steps to put your toes in the sand.

Southbay by the Gulf, is a quaint little townhome community located on the Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers 300ft of Private Beach for guests staying at Southbay by the Gulf. The property features 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. We also have shuffle board and community grilling areas throughout the property. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.

This townhome (unit 72) is steps from the beachside pool and approximately 75 yards to the beach from your back patio. This unit has been completely renovated to the highest standards making it one of the premier units on property.

We really enjoyed our stay, couldnt fig. Out TV in master but thats ok place was nice banister needs new paint as well as stairs but over all very clean! Thanks for great stay until next time!

This is the third time we’ve rented this property, which says a lot about how much we enjoy staying here. From our very first visit, we had a great experience and felt right at home.One of the things we love most is the location. The house is just a short walk from both the pool and the beach, making it very convenient for families. While we enjoy the nearby beach, our favorite spot in the area is Henderson Beach State Park, which is only a few minutes away and offers beautiful white sand and crystal-clear water.The house is cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. It has always been clean, welcoming, and perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful place!!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again! Location was nice with just a short walk to the beach. One of the only complaints was not enough wash cloths.

This was our second time to stay in this rental. We love the location and proximity to the beach. The townhouse is nicely furnished and has all the amenities of home. We enjoy staying here and will hopefully be back again!

The condo was very nice and looked exactly like the online pictures. It was a short walk to the beach and very close to the pool. We had a problem with the a/c on our first night and the property manager took care of it immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Condo was in a locked area. Area was quiet and clean. Unit is close to the pool and has beach equipment in a storage closet out back. Walk to the private beach was very short and the beach was amazing.

Lovely property

Loved this location and unit, would definitely stay again. Very short walk to the beach with easy access. Pool even shorter walk and very clean. Unit was spotless and had everything you could possibly think of needing (extra chargers, stocked kitchen, extra fans). Pictures were accurate. Only downsides are the washer/dryer was very small and no light to get in/out of the property so plan to wait a bit, congested area in summer. Overall 5/5!

Very Attractive Interior and Comfortable

Everything was really great. Does need some fixup work. Stairwell hand railing was loose. Outside patio light hanging off. Toilet paper dispenser in 1st floor bathroom very loose. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Did not have a need to communicate with Property Mgr so I rated it 5 anyway.

Excellent!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The beach access was exactly what we were looking for & for the price it couldn’t be beat. It was the perfect week for my family & I. We will book again next summer ♥️

The house has been remodeled recently. Everything was clean & beautiful.. you could see the pool from the upstair window and from the back door. The walk to the beach wasn’t far at all. It was very well stocked to include all of the essentials, (I.e. beach chairs, floaters, etc)

We had a wonderful week in this townhouse. The updates to the property gave it a very bright, modern feel. With such a short walk to the beach, we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo

The condo was exactly like it is listed. The neighborhood was so very nice and quiet. The place was so clean and well put together! Right in the middle of everything restaurants attractions etc. Overall this was a great condo! I would definitely book again in the future!
