We loved the amenities (heated pool and hot tub), the location (proximity to the beach, restaurants, church, groceries and walking trail), the very well equipped kitchen, the generous room sizes and huge master bath with double sinks. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to other families.

Great location

Great location but I won't stay again could be better The room I slept the A/C unit is right on you head couldn't sleep there was no toilet paper at all other than that is ok

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you loved the location. We leave 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. I am sorry if you there was not any in your unit. We would have brought toilet paper out.

A little bit of paradise

Nice place,very clean close to the beach, close to restaurants, close to activities. Easy check-in, very cute lots of room.will be staying again.My hosts were amazing they responded quickly and answered my questions. The only thing i would suggest is they need a quite time after10.pm

Good and bad....

Good: Short walk to beach. Lots of needed shopping and other things close by. Itrip vacations is extremely responsive. We enjoyed our 50 days there. Bad: Noise from Condo above. Beds are worn. Wife tried all 4 before settling on the King size that was the least of all evils.

Pictures are deceiving. The second bedroom had a full size bed NOT A QUEEN. Advertising said queen bed. We were really upset because we were depending on a queen. You could not see or hear the beach from our location. The pictures were very deceptive. Will not stay there again. The parking was not very close. Very disappointed 😞

Thank you for staying with us. We have measured the bed in the 2nd bedroom and it 100% a queen mattress and even still has the tag on it. The overflow parking is used by the entire complex and is one street over. I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We strive to please everyone and wish we could have made your stay better.

Enjoyed out stay.

Pros: One block from beach. Gated complex. Itrip staff is VERY responsive and work hard to make sure your happy. Condo is well laid out and clean when we arrived. There is everything you need for shopping and eating out a short distance away. Cons: The building is concrete and steel. When someone was in the Condo above us we could hear them walking and dropping things. The queen bedroom at the front of the condo has an outside walkway light above the window and can shine in, needs light blocking shade. The Heater/Air conditioner is in that room and can be noisy at times. If the cons concern you, we are booked to go back for another stay. We feel we can live with the noise about as long as it is within reasonable times.

Miramar Beach Get Away

Our Daughter and Grandkids came from Texas to meet us at B201 @ Alerio. We had the best time with the beach being right across the street and lots of local attractions to keep us busy that are fairly priced. On off days we had the pool and hot tub at our disposal. We had everything we needed for our stay and extras like Beach chairs, floaties, ect. If we had one suggestion or two, this coming from the entire family. The condo allows 8 people and there wasn't enough comfortable seating. The dishwasher needs serviced or the cleaning crew needs to step it up!! There were dirty dishes in the the bottom of the oven drawer and dirty coffee cups in the cabinets. This is a beautiful place and everyone was very sweet and helpful. I would recommend this for a family get away. We will totally be coming back to see all the things we didn't get to this past week for sure!!!!

Our first night there was a bit rocky! We couldn’t get in the until for almost 5hours due to a lock malfunction. This was no ones fault the lock decided to go out. Took lock smith forever to get out to us to break in a get a new lock on. The owner/ manager/ community gate operator we’re amazing to us while we waited. They did everything they could to make up for the inconvenience. Overall my family and I are very pleased with our stay. Location was perfect!!! Pictures are exactly as shown. Clean as can be and we are definitely making this an annual trip and will consider staying here time and time again!

Great location- family friendly

Pleasant helpful employees! Loved everything about our stay. Steps from the beach, shops and dining. A few negatives, in our unit-the floors really need cleaned better made your feet and socks black. Pans could use to be replaced and possibly a wood floor vacuum.

Our Recent Fall Visit

The B 201 was clean, roomy, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The lights and fans were turned on ahead of time and thermostat set at a comfortable temp. The security guard was frequently seen patrolling the gated complex. A delightful and comfortable stay. We will definitely choose the same unit for our next visit.

Wonderful Condo!

Easy booking, check in and check out process. We loved our stay at this condo! It has a large open common area which was nice for our family. Easy walk to the white sand beaches and close proximity to shopping and dining. The condo was in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. I definitely plan to come back and can not wait to stay here again!
