Penthouse Condo, excellent location with, private jacuzzi on your own roof top. Great common area with pool, ping pong table, BBQ shaded sitting area and nine blocks to the beach. Breathtaking star viewing from your private Jacuzzi, along with abundant nature to observe and enjoy. Well-appointed 2 bedroom one King, one Queen, and Queen sofa sleeper, 2 bath, full kitchen with all amenities to cook, dining area, 3 patios. Washer and dryer for your use. We provide beach chairs and plush beach towels. or you can access two beach clubs and have free usage of beach chairs at Jungle Fish beach club and Kay beach club. 3 smart TVs , some games. Two boggy boards. Access to an all-inclusive resort for a fee. Mere minutes to pure white-sand beaches and vibrant-blue sea define this stunning Caribbean region. Snorkeling lagoon on site along with cenote. The entirety of the Mayan Rivera is at your door steps to explore.

Lovely getaway

We enjoyed our stay at La Luna. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The owner was easy to communicate with and any concerns were looked after immediately. The monkey troop passing through almost daily was a definite high light. Neighbours were friendly visiting around the pool. Only downside is that a car to get around would be an asset. It is easy though to catch a collectivo van out in front of the gate or from across the highway if going the other direction. The fellow at the gate will call for a taxi if you need one. Best beach Club close by and easy to get to with the collectivo is Xpu Ha Beach club. Make sure you go into the Akumal Pueblo to walk around the town to see all the murals. Akumal is very close by.

Beautiful pristine area, with white sand beaches, vibrant blue sea, and jungle view, all within immaculate maintained Eco-friendly, secured Sirenis grounds. The beach is 9 blocks away, with a lagoon for snorkeling, a cenote, and abundant wildlife all on the grounds. Versatile accommodations, to fit various needs. SPA on grounds, located at the Mayan Grand Sirenis resort and spa, for your relaxation.
Easy access to explore this wonderful, magical coastline. Guests can enjoy access to 3 all-inclusive resorts by purchasing day passes without the daily cost of an all-inclusive resort.
We are located in a pristine, privileged area of the Mayan Rivera coastline. Private beach club access, Jungle Fish Beach Club ( need car or taxi to access). Kay Beach club, Tulum Country club PGA Golf Course and club access.
Day passes to two all-inclusive resorts may be purchased for an additional cost.
