Welcome to your stylish studio at the iconic W South Beach. This beautifully updated 550 sq ft residence features newly renovated furniture, a plush king-size bed, a smart 60” TV, and a convenient kitchenette with a mini-fridge—perfect for both short and extended stays.

Wake up to partial ocean and beach views and take in the sunrise from your private balcony. This residence blends the comfort of home with access to luxury 5-star amenities offered by W South Beach. Enjoy the newly renovated AWAY Spa, sparkling WET pools and cabanas, beachfront access, and more.

Amenities include:
• AWAY Spa
• WET & Mini WET pools
• SAND beach (9 AM–6 PM)
• FIT Gym (by appointment, 8 AM–8 PM)
• Swish & Swing Tennis Courts (by appointment)
• Concierge services (7:30 AM–11:30 PM)
• Bell service and valet parking
• Complimentary Wi-Fi (code provided at check-in)

Please note: This is a privately owned residence located within the W South Beach building. You will have access to hotel-style amenities, including:

• Concierge Services

• Bike Rentals
• W Store
• Valet & Bell Services

Not included: Daily housekeeping, room service, laundry/dry cleaning, or engineering support. On-site restaurants are available for takeout, but there is no in-room dining.

There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but you can use the HamperApp for laundry services.

Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
• $100/hour late check-out fee after 10 AM
• After 12 PM, a $500 penalty applies

Parking:
Valet parking is available for $69/night per vehicle ($85 for oversized vehicles) with full in-and-out privileges. Uber and Lyft are widely used for getting around.

Essentials Provided at Check-in:
• Towels, bed linens, hand soap, shampoo, and toilet paper
(These are starter supplies only and not replenished.)
• Guests should bring or order any extras such as paper towels, body wash, or detergent. Nearby markets and delivery options are available.

Important:
A valid credit card is required at check-in for incidentals. At least one guest must be 21+ years old. If not, please notify us in advance so we can assist with the check-in process.

Upon closer inspection...

The pictures, description, and reviews on this property are good. The host was responsive, when reached out to, and check in was very easy. However, upon closer inspection when getting to the property, the room is a bit outdated, and for my taste, left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The kitchenette area had busted up cabinets. There was rust, scum, and lime scale on the shower floor and on all of the shower heads. There was also some rust/water damage on the main room floor, opposite the shower. The couch, chairs, and rug in the living area were soiled. I didn’t enjoy the balcony much as the floor was also dirty. The room is a good size, especially if traveling solo. Overall, I think one could manage here for a couple of days, but if you are one that tends to pay attention to details, then I believe there’s a better property out there for you. I did bring my concerns to the host, who wrote back that they would look into these issues upon my checkout.

Great room in hotel and great amenities!

We really loved the beach and the amenities the hotel provided for us on the beach (chair, umbrella, food and bar service). The room was really beautiful. Only complaints were the mattress was too firm for us and the handheld shower holder was partly broken which made using it more difficult.

Great property

I loved the private residence rental at the W South Beach. Having access to the hotel amenities at a lower price was fantastic. One floor from the Spa and quick access to the main level pool, WET bar/food & beach. Had an exceptional stay.

Great property and location

Very nice room, with a balcony that provides a partial ocean view. The W is in a fantastic location, where you can walk to everything that you need. Pool area is nice and staff on the beach did a solid job of taking care of us. Great fitness center too. Plenty of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Also, our host Esma was very responsive to some questions before check-in. He was prompt and responsive with his replies.Downsides......pool was very crowded every day and to secure a lounge, you needed to be there early in the morning. Anticipate some 10-15 minute waits at the elevator bank (no stair access) around check-in times!

Beautiful Unit at the W

This unit is identical to the other rooms in the building but for much money. Communicative host, easy check in. Would stay again! Pictures were a very accurate depiction of the room!

Nice Property

Very nice unit in the W hotel on South Beach. It was a bit over sanitized but after airing out for a day was ok. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Convenient location, onsite restaurants and easy access.

Great spot

The suite was the perfect size and had a nice view. I was pleased that it had a fridge and microwave which made it easy to get take out. The hotel and pool staff were super friendly. The owner made the process easy.
