Charming 4-Bedroom, 2-Bath Beach Cottage – Just Blocks from the Beach and Downtown Rehoboth!
Our family’s beloved beach cottage has been passed down through three generations, and we're excited to share it with you. Located just two blocks from the beach, Funland, and Rehoboth Avenue, it’s the perfect spot for your getaway.
The house is situated at the corner of Bayard Ave and Munson, only a 7-10 minute walk to the sand and surf and a 5-minute stroll to the shops, restaurants, and activities along Rehoboth Avenue.
Home Features:
Bedrooms: 4 cozy, comfortable bedrooms – 2 kings on the second floor, 1 queen, and 2 twins on the first floor. All beds are made up for your arrival with fresh linens and towels provided.
Living Room: Relax with the family while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Every bedroom also has its own TV.
Sun Porch: Perfect place to unwind, people watch or enjoy a book
High-Speed Internet: Stay connected and stream your favorite content with high-speed wireless internet throughout the home.
Kitchen: Recently renovated, the full kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and is perfect for preparing meals if you prefer to dine in.
Outdoor Space: Enjoy the fresh air on the spacious back deck, complete with a grill for outdoor cooking and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
Parking: There’s one off-street parking space available, plus additional parking passes to accommodate up to four cars.
Family-Friendly: Traveling with little ones? We offer several amenities to make your stay more convenient. Please feel free to reach out for details.
Pet-Friendly: We now welcome responsible pet owners! Bring your well-behaved dog with you for a small fee of $150 for the first dog and $50 for a second dog.
Local Hosts: We live in town and are available if you need anything during your stay. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Our host was excellent! We locked ourselves out and got immediate response and help! The house was perfect! So warm and comfortable with 5 women. And wow, the beds were awesome! Perfect family get away! If I could rate it higher I would!!One more thought, the location itself was ideal. Close to everything yet a quiet, safe neighborhood. Would recommend this home to anyone!

Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Comfortable beds. Rooms are cooled by window A/C - these are modern units that worked well. The kitchen was loaded with every utensil you could want, good quality cutlery, a vegetable peeler that actually worked (many VRBO rentals have stamped cutlery and poor-quality utensils). High quality kitchen appliances. The grill worked well, and we used it on 2 successive evenings. It was a pleasant walk to the beach. Weather was somewhat cool for hanging out on the beach but we enjoyed the walk to the beach and along the boardwalk several times a day - FitBit step count was way up. We were pleasantly surprised but the very long boardwalk.Christy was very responsive and pleasant to deal with.Over the years we have rented many times through VRBO (as well as when it was HomeAway). Looking back, it seems the places where we had bad experiences were all managed by a management company and the owner had no involvement. I think in the future I would try to find a place where the owner is the host - like this one.

Christy's beach house was wonderful! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location! The kitchen facilities had EVERYTHING we needed!! Check-in was a breeze since the door lock was a code. She was very responsive to all our questions. We were 6 adults and 2 children - perfect for this house! We will be back next year!

Really great house!We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Cottage. The host was very helpful with questions and we liked the house a lot. The inside porch was a really nice touch and the AC worked well! The outdoor shower was great, I wish we had used it more. And it was great to bring our dog. The king size beds on the second floor were really nice. Barbecue was good, but there was no outdoor dining table.The two downstairs bedrooms were a little small, and the bathrooms felt a little bit dated but were definitely quite functional. The kitchen was nice, but it was a little tricky entering through the kitchen (bottleneck), and there wasn't a great place to store our stroller/wagon/beach stuff. Some covered areas outside would be really nice. Location was great, easy to get to stores/restaurants/ boardwalk and beach. Host was very responsive, and provided a high chair and pack and play for our toddler which we really appreicated!

Beautiful Vacation Home

We were so pleased to pull up in front of this lovely home. It is clear from every detail inside and out that the owners love their family home. The small details like the welcome gift of saltwater taffy made it feel so special for my family. We have three college aged children and they all loved it. The added bonus is that all the furniture was comfortable and the location couldn’t be beat- just a few blocks to the beach and the shops. We will return!

Well Appointed House- Good Location

We had a great stay at this house. So much thought was put into what guests might need. Enough hooks, surfaces, and places to put things. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. The beds were comfortable. The outside furniture was comfortable. I am a smaller person so the furniture in the house wasn’t as comfortable for me- mostly big and soft. I do have 2 safety suggestions. The first is that the drawer holding the utensils in the kitchen can easily be pulled out too far quickly and could fall on someone’s foot. The other is that the top of the stairs with the three rooms is very tight and an older person or a child, or anyone not paying attention could easily fall down the stairs. I don’t think there is anything you can do about it without major construction but perhaps a warning to people who rent not to put any children or seniors upstairs? Great hosting and nice house.

Comfortable and great location

This was our second stay and the home was again very clean, comfortable and well cared for. Everything we needed. Great location. We enjoy the home as much as we enjoy the beach and boardwalk.

Spring Getaway

We had such a lovely spring getaway at this adorable Rehoboth beach spot! The place had a clean, simple charm with a perfect ocean vibe that immediately made us feel relaxed. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the boardwalk, great shopping, and some of our favorite spots like Dogfish Head.We spent our days lounging on the beach, biking around town, and unwinding in the sunroom with coffee and a good book. The beds were super comfy, and everything was well-kept and tidy. It’s a perfect little home base for enjoying everything Rehoboth has to offer. Would definitely stay again!

Adorable, comfortable cottage in great location

My family (two adults, one 11 year old and 2 pups) had a great time at this lovely beach cottage in late March. We lucked out with amazing weather and the cottage was even cuter in-person with more than enough room for us. We'd love to come back in the summer months. We didnt need our car at all - walked to dinner and shops the beach. Owners were very responsive when I had some issues getting into the house. House was clean and very pretty, bedding was great and owners even had dog treats!

Ideal Location, Perfect Host

Highly recommend! Walkable to everything, comfy beds and shared spaces, and Christy went above and beyond to equip the house with everything our 5 month old needed. Fantastic experience - will absolutely book again!

A perfect RB getaway

It was a perfect little early Spring getaway at this wonderful cottage only a few blocks from the boardwalk/beach! It was clean, bright, comfortable, and we loved sitting in the sunroom drinking coffee. It was such a peaceful stay and the cottage definitely has good energy! The owners were incredibly responsive, friendly, kind, and respectful. We will definitely be back!

Great Location, Great Host!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway with friends, family and our two dogs. Only a couple blocks from Rehoboth Avenue and the beach. Christy was very responsive, and the house was well suited for our multi-generational group with bedrooms upstairs and down. Our dogs were the stars of the show, and there was everything at the house already that we needed for them and for us. Having the linens included was a real plus.

Amazing Home!

We are so happy to have found this property. The location and size were perfect for our family. I could go on and on, but basically, book this house. The host is so nice and responsive, and it is hard to find rentals that are so well taken care of. We didn't want to leave, and we will look to come back.

Perfect beach getaway

We loved our time here. This house feels like a “home away from home.” It was so cozy and clean. The living room was more spacious in person than in the pictures which was great for our baby. The host also provided some baby items for us and was great with communication. The location of the house was absolutely perfect. We walked to most places all week!

Cute cottage in excellent location

We stayed here with a full house (5 adults, toddler and a dog) and had a great trip! Lots of helpful information from Christy and supplies, including items for our pup and toddler. Could walk everywhere, even to a yoga class. Would highly recommend for a beach trip.

Convenient location

Cottage was comfortable and cute. Ideal location for accessing the beach, town and boardwalk. Cottage had 4 bedrooms each with Air conditioning in the bedrooms. One other A/C window unit was in the family room. All other areas of the house had no A/C. Kitchen had all new appliances including a new washer and dryer and stocked with all of the essentials you need to cook. Rental did not come with and you should know to bring: Beach Chairs Beach Towels Toilet paper-other than 2 provided Paper Towel-only 1 provided Garbage Bags-3 provided Bath Soap for Showers-No soap provided Brillo-None provided and difficult to clean pots without. Owner was totally responsive to all questions. Unit was cleaned upon arrival but more attention to detail of clean should happen. Some mouse droppings in a lot of the cabinets, spider nest of some sort in the bathroom fan, a bit more dusting would have been nice.

Perfect beach cottage

A cozy Rehoboth beach cottage that has the feel of a family home with everything you need for a wonderful Rehoboth vacation. My family of 6 adults stayed and had plenty of room for both gathering together and getting quiet time alone. I can't think of a thing we needed that the house didn't have. The location was a quick walk to Rehoboth Ave shops and about a 5-10 min walk to the beach. We would love to return here for our next trip to Rehoboth!
