Madeira Beach is famous for fun and adventure on its breath-taking beaches. Madeira Bay Resort 204 is the perfect spot to take advantage of the many nearby restaurants, easy beach access, lovely water view, and abundant amenities. Attractive coastal décor mirrors the natural beauty and character of this charming community. An open floor plan beckons guests to kick back and relax with all the comforts at home, including a full, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer. A cozy sitting area offers an over-sized television and access to a private balcony overlooking the marina. Enjoy the local wildlife and warm glow of the sunrise and the evening cool sea breeze.



The Master bedroom offers a generous King Bed, with a personal television, ceiling fan and direct access to the full bath with a shower/tub combination. There is a small 2nd bedroom with twin beds and is most suitable for children.



The Madeira Bay Resort Marina & Spa is styled with classic Mediterranean architecture and lush tropical landscaping. It features a heated pool & Jacuzzi, a full-service spa, covered parking, marina with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, boat dockage & trailer storage (must be prearranged before stay), waterfront dining at Latitudes Restaurant and a well-appointed meeting space perfect for hosting a beach wedding, rehearsal dinner, and family.



The resort is strategically located right on the marina and directly across the street (within 75 feet) from the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Being only a block from John's Pass means a seemingly endless list of activities (jet skiing, boat rentals, parasailing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, Dolphin Watch Cruise, Nature Cruise, Pirate Cruise, Sunset Boat Cruise). The trolley stops directly in front of the complex if you'd rather not drive. Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away, Busch Gardens is a 45-minute drive and the Disney & Orlando amusement parks are approximately a 90-minute drive.

-If you are bringing a boat...Guests can go to Madeira Bay Docs Inc and sign up for a boat slip. There is parking for a trailer. Only for boats up to 72' accepted. Slip rental is $11 per foot + electric.

This room was amazing, spacious, clean and like your own apartment. It had everything from shampoo and conditioner to beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and everything you need in the kitchen, not to mention a washer and dryer. Right across the street from the beach and walkable to Johns Pass! We will definitely be back! It was also so quiet and not crowded at the pool!

Great condo! Very comfortable with all you need. The building itself had some elevator issues and were putting in a new roof.. very close to the beach and St. John’s pass. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to vacation, we will be back!

The condo was ready and set up for us upon arrival. Great space, great location, and so close to the beach and John's Pass... we had a great vacation, no complaints. We cannot wait to return for another visit.

Best beachside condo!

I had an amazing stay here with my three boys. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation here visiting family. Parking was easy, there were lots of things to do in the surrounding area and the home had plenty of kitchen items, towels and sheets. Highly recommend if your looking for a beautiful place stay conveniently located to the beach.

Perfect vacation

It was amazing as usual!! We book here every year for several reasons. The biggest being the perfect location, right in the heart of John's Pass, the others being the cleanliness of the condo and the price that can't be beat!!! Not to mention the amazing staff ️ it's always a great stay!

Madeira beach apartment

We enjoyed our stay this year. The place was very clean and had all the necessary beach essentials, such as beach towels, beach chairs, toys, a cooler, etc. There was also a fully stocked kitchen if you decided to cook your meals. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance, and beach access is just across the street. The balcony had a lovely view overlooking the marina.

Nice property. Not large for a two bedroom but perfect for my son and I! Was very cold this week so didn’t visit the pool, looked nice. Could use serving dishes, a potato peeler , and baggies.Plenty of towels. Lovely view.

Needed a space close to Eckerd and to some fun / beach to coordinating dropping daughter off at school. Place fit the bill. Will be back again. Place had a lot of things you need for a stay without running to the store. Had a slight AC issue but was quickly resolved. Thanks for nice stay

Excellent Location and Amentities

We were thoroughly satisfied with everything this property had to offer, from booking, to check-in, and throughout our stay. The property was located in a great location just steps away from the beach and John's Pass, was very well stocked with all necessary supplies we needed, as well as some that we hadn't even considered. Dealing with property manager was very easy, with quick, direct replies when needed, and we were left very pleased with our decision to stay here. We will definitely be returning next time around, and for years to come!

Perfection!!

My family and I spent 8 nights at this wonderful property. The condo was beautiful and clean and is exactly as shown in the pictures. You can’t beat the view from the balcony. We sat outside every morning so we could enjoy the view of the boats while we drank our coffee. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, including beach items likes chairs and umbrellas, which we appreciated. The beach is located just a short walk across the street and Johns Pass was only a couple of minutes walk down the street. We look forward to renting this property again in the future as it was perfect for our family.

Our stay

Love the property, but the beds were very uncomfortable, we don’t mind noise but after 11:00 it’s time to settle down, numerous times we complained to the front desk nicely said he took care of it and it worsened. We personally went up nicely to complain and nothing changed. We were there to celebrate our 60th birthdays feeling recharged and we are far from opposite feeling sadly.

First time Condo user

We are sold! We usually stay in hotels and now I know what we have been missing. They included beach chairs and towels, a cooler, sand toys, a beach umbrella, etc. Everything to make our trip easier and better. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc which enabled us to save money by cooking. I also loved having a washer and dryer so we could get our laundry done and not go home with that big mess. They lobby staff were super helpful and friendly. (Mr John was a gem!!). I noticed our unit seemed to have some extra special touches such as a welcome mat and keyless entry and it was decorated SO beautifully in beach theme. The location was directly across from the beach entrance and we were able to walk to nearby restaurants, shopping, etc with ease. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a quick getaway!

It was our first time to Madeira Beach so we didn't really know what to expect. Happy to say that we will definitely return! This condo was right across the street from the beach, minutes away from lots of little shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants! We couldn't have asked for a better location. The unit itself was clean and well appointed. We ran to the Walmart a few miles away to grab some groceries and snacks but didn't have to get any beach toys/chairs/towels which was so nice because we've had to do that in the past. Only draw back was that the dishwasher didn't work. Also, the pool is smaller once you see it in person than it appears in the photos but the water was a great temperature, it was clean and our kids had a ton of fun swimming. We are so glad we took a chance on checking out a new place and can't wait to come back! We will absolutely check to see if this condo is available for our next trip to Madeira Beach.

Perfect spot directly across from beach access

This condo looks just as listed online. It was perfect location and set up for 3 adults and 2 children. Kitchen and bathroom where perfectly clean. Full stock of beach chairs, beach towel, toys, noodles, and 2 umbrellas. Love the washer and dryer as well. First major issue is the floors. The staff clearly only mops/washes the orange tile and not the laminate wood flooring. Upon walking in our feet were black and my daughter blanket dirty from dragging on the floor. We ended up scrubbing it that evening. I feel for the owner since this is clearly a house keeping issue. We left a note with hopes it wouldn’t happen for future guests. Tips: Walmart pick up on arrival. Grab some laundry soap and extra toilet paper. Overall would definitely stay again.

Great location!

Perfect location for a family with teenage girls! Ocean was just across the street. John’s Pass had a ton of shopping and restaurants and was only a couple blocks walk. We loved the Mexican restaurant next store, Lisa’s Cafe, and Mad Beach Cafe. I especially loved walking the sidewalk over the bridge and watching dolphins from the bridge or the sunset over the ocean from the bridge. Things to know: At first the smaller bedroom in the condo appeared smaller than expected. But when we compared it to the pictures online, it turned out the pictures were accurate. The smaller bedroom with twin beds only has a small walking aisle between the beds and a nightstand. There is not a dresser or closet for clothes. The kids can share the dresser or closet in the big bedroom though. One kid put her stuff in the drawers under the TV. There was one night the we found a huge roach-bug in the bathtub. The condo receptionist explained that they spray monthly, but sometimes one slips in. We read that they hate mint, so we sprinkled mint leaves around to keep them away. We didn’t see any after that. Just the one. The condo has beach chairs, a rolling beach cooler, and pool noodles. The kids loved reading at the pool area! The condo building felt very safe. The receptionist desk is just down the hall from the unit and they can help with questions about the area.

Property manager was AWESOME!

Power outage in the area our first night which damaged the router leaving us without internet. Tara quickly responded and personally went to spectrum picked up and new router and hand delivered on a Friday evening. This is the kind of service that will keep us coming back!
