Wonderful! The condo was extremely clean . Excellent location, directly across from the beach. And just a short walk to John's Pass. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The parking was great too, plenty of parking available. They had a wagon and toys , umbrellas, and beach towels for the beach , and or the pool. The pool was also very nice. 10/10 would recommend this place. We plan on returning in May !

Enjoyed our stay

Great Location, Plenty of Space

Loved the location in our first visit to Madeira Beach. Plenty of space for our family of four. One bath was a struggle but we survived. Beach equipment (Wagon, cooler, toys, chairs) were in unit. Parking is limited so having guests over may be more difficult. Would recommend to friends and family.

We depend on reviews when choosing places to stay. I have never left a negative review, but this is the exception. The unit was dirty when we arrived. Furniture is so dated, we sat on pillows. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. We had issues with the internet & Television. The pool is shared with another building( which we did not know) There was never enough chairs for eveyone.

Refund Policy is Just Wrong!

I never provide feedback, but I need to this time. Family vacation on 4th of July weekend. The room we stayed had bed bugs on the first night. I understand that can happen anywhere, but I do not agree with how the situation it was handled by the management company. They tried to move us to another room, but couldn’t because there weren’t any rooms available. So I asked for a refund and was told I had get one. I obviously then had to pay for another hotel (much more $) after quarantining our belongings. Like I said, things happen. We had a four night stay. They only refunded us a partial amount which appears to be for three nights. I called the company and got nowhere. I guess it’s their policy to not refund a hotel guest for a night filled with bed bugs. That’s just wrong. I’ll never go back, and neither should you if you’re reading this.

Family vacation

Location is great, access to the beach is just across the street. Place is comfortable, clean and functional. My only issue is I booked a room with 2 twin beds and they gave me one with bunk beds, which are not comfortable for teenagers. Would recommend and stay again

Not the correct room

The room that we rented was unavailable the day before we got there so they gave us another room. Didn’t give us much choice or didn’t offer to give us a better option or discount on the room that we stayed in

Fall getaway

Had a great time in 412. Enjoyed mornings on the balcony with coffee and eating dinners under moonlight prepared in the well supplied kitchen. I loved the fact that they supplied beach towels. Its not always the easiest thing to pack as it takes up so much room so I usually end up purchasing some locally. check in and check out is very easy at Madeira beach Resort, as this has been my second time renting in this facility. I find it is convenient to everything and easy access from TPA, so will be back KC

This property met our needs perfectly- pet friendly - 2 bedrooms - one with twin beds for kids to sleep separately. It was so lovely to catch the sunrise every morning on the balcony overlooking the marina.!

This place was perfect for a family of 4, with small children!

This was our first family vacation and It was perfect! The airline forgot our bags and after checking with the front desk we were able to check in a little before our actual check in time. It’s super close to a beach access point as well ( literally right across the street). The washer and dryer came in handy as well 🙌🏼🙌🏼. ALSO….****** they had a beach wagon in the master bedroom closet and towels, sand toys and a boogie board in the twin bed bedroom closet! ****** the wagon and boogie board came in handy! We were within walking distance (very close with stroller) to the boardwalk and restaurants as well. The view from the balcony was gorgeous ( over looked the bay the resort backs up to)! The parking was private and we always had a covered parking spot available. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE !!!!! 🏝🥰🌴

Great place!

Perfect condo for our weeks stay. Walked to the beach and to nearby shops. Clean and had everything we needed in the condo, including some beach chairs and umbrella! We want to make this an annual trip!

Great location

The property was exact as described and the location was within walking distance from Johns Pass and directly across from the beach. My only negative is the twin beds are both in bad condition, very uncomfortable and literally unusable.
