We have a great time. Cabin had everything we needed. Great communication with Host. Really close to shopping and entertainment. Would stay again.

Spring Break

This cabin is exactly as described. The only challenge that a guest might have is that it sits on the edge of a hill and although there are two parking spots you would have to be very skilled to get two cars in and out. I backed in one time and it took me 20 minutes of parallel parking moves to get it done in a mid sized SUV. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Pros: New appliances, new gas grill, ample beds, nice dining table, decent living space Cons: Outdoor 'string lights' prevent bedroom from getting dark, outdoor patio/hangout area paver stones are so loose and seperating that the area is not truly usable. Overall: Great location and cabin when attending tournaments at Rocky Top Sports World.

Nice place to stay for the night!

We only needed a place to stay for one night. The fact that she only charged for one night rather than two, like most rentals, is what drew us to this rental. The lady was quick to reply to any questions I ever had. The cabin was very clean. Easy to work with. The charge for the night was very fair. Thank you!

Nice place, stressful communication

The location was great, and worked out well for us. We were looking for a cabin and that's what this was! On the other hand, we booked and our stay was confirmed. Later we were told the days weren't going to work for the host. It was a bit stressful because not many options were still available in such a short time-frame and the host didn't cancel our stay/refund our money. After some back and forth, our host agreed to keep our days and it worked out.

Great!

We stayed for 1 night at this cabin. It was very clean and smelled good when you walked in the door. When we got back from downtown the down stairs was a little hot the thermostat was set to 72 degrees, so we used the fans that was provided to get through the night. The upstairs was perfect temperature. I am sure I could have called her but with it being that late and us being there only for a night. We made it work. Would stay again

Not as pictured

I was very upset to see that there was no Christmas tree like shown in the picture being we were staying there for Christmas. Also pipes froze while there and we contacted the owner and she had no idea what we were talking about and hard to communicate with. Enjoyed it but will stay elsewhere next time.

Unique Experience

The cabin was adequate. It was not really suited to our needs with the kitchen being up stairs. I guess I wasn't aware that was the case -- or probably would have not chosen it. It was close to where we needed to be so that was the most important thing. A younger couple or family with children probably would have enjoyed it more and not minded going up and down the steps numerous times a day.

Great Location

Great location, easy access to sports complex. Cleanliness was not good enough, dishes were dirty, grill was gross, hair all over bathrooms, bugs and cockroaches in bedrooms. Layout of cabin is very strange, not as pictured, much smaller and no space for gathering in family room. Older, dark, outdated. Parking is nearly impossible with 2 vehicles, even though there are two spots available. Definitely not worth the cost, would not stay again especially for extended stays.

Wasn’t happy with the stay with the things that was wrong with it .

Fireplace would not turn on, even followed instructions to turn on but didn’t work for us to get it on. beds were pretty uncomfortable, the jacuzzi tub couldn’t even use bc the plug was broken and wouldn’t push down to hold water, the grill did not work so we couldn’t use that. The parking was a mess with the cabin next to us it’s not enough space to fit 2 big cars in there. It was a alright stay but not the best, it was clean but some things just did not work and that need to be fixed in there.

Christmas Cabin

Property was overall very nice! There was a stain on the queen size comforter, so we just used the sheets. There was also no Christmas tree like the listing had showed, which was a big part of why we booked it. We enjoyed our time and it was nice for our weekend getaway. Would try to come back!

This amazing property is only 10 minutes from downtown gatlinburg, 5 minutes from food city, and it was SO beautiful!! The perfect size for four adults!! Definitely will be booking again!!

Fall getaway

Perfect place as base for trail hiking in smokies. Avoided gatlinburg crowds, ate in, hot tub and fireplace wonderful amenities-used every night. Had separate bedrooms, plenty of towels. Wi-Fi easy connection, tvs in every room. Quiet area.

Great Cabin!!

Everything was very clean and very close from downtown of Gatlinburg. Karen is very helpful and my kids enjoyed hot tub and video games so much!
