This 3.5-acre property has more than just an incredible home. Witchwood Lane is within walking distance to downtown, just one estate home from the bike trail. This established, well-built home will be perfect for your 2024 rental if you are looking for space and all the conveniences of the location with a HUGE pool heated to 82. Lovely back deck overlooking a sparkling pool. The home has 5,274 square feet. The King master is on the first level, and the other bedrooms are upstairs. One more has a King master upstairs, and two queens; the last large bedroom has three fulls and two twins. The home will comfortably sleep 12. Wifi - EndlessSummer101#

The pool temperature is set at 82 degrees. If you want it to 84 degrees it is an additional $250 per day. Please inquire.

AC Systems must not go below 70 degrees. They can freeze lock in high heat and high humidity. It is impossible to get an AC repair man out.

No loud parties, only registered allowed unless notice is given prior to arriving.

My family had a wonderful time at this house. Great location, close to Edgartown and not far from the beach. The house itself is well laid out for a larger group, including a large pool with a fantastic floaty, ping pong table and other entertainment options. Sarah was very responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location. Beautiful home

Spent a week here this summer with friends and family and had a a great time. Kitchen is well stocked and owners were great to deal with. Close to the bike trail which provide easy access to the beach and downtown Edgartown.

Great house in an AMAZING Location

This house was perfect for my young family of 6. We were also able to host a few other family members as well! The pool is enormous and my kids loved it! The house is definitely a little outdated but the furniture was all brand new and very comfortable. I believe the owners are updating the house for next year. It’s a fully equipped house with everything you need. Can’t beat the location (bike to edgartown and the beach!). Very quiet and private street was a plus! The owners were VERY attentive and helped answer all of our questions too. Hope to return in the future!
