Cosy 140sqm chalet which can accommodate 6 to 8 people in its 3 bedrooms (including a "family" bedroom), located on the hillsides at the entrance to Chamonix.

- Sauna with shower, sofa and TV
- Laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer
LEVEL 1 :
- Living area with a dining area and a sitting area with a TV.
- Open kitchen equipped with :
Equipment: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, hood, Nespresso, kettle, fondue machine, traditional raclette machine (without cups).
- Access to balcony and terrace
- Shower room with toilet
LEVEL 2 :
- Double room with bed 160x200, balcony, private bathroom
- Separate toilet
