Beautiful two bedroom house a half mile away from Venice island and a mile away from Venice beach.

Close to the island, the beach, and all major restaurants/stores. House is a 2/1 with two queen beds. House also has an outdoor patio, bbq grill, bicycles, and beach chairs/toys/umbrellas.

Note: We are in the process of modernizing the furniture. Furniture may be different when you arrive.

Great location and price

We stayed at the house last year and came back again this year. It is close to family, restaurants, stores, and beaches. The location and price are awesome. I am sure we will stay there again in the future.

Just perfect

The location was great, right near Venice Beach and plenty of restaurants. The house was a little bit dated but very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The rental was wonderful large and was perfect for my friend and myself. Close to the beach so many options for restaurants! I will go back Venice was amazing!

We had a great stay at this house. It’s close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! Would definitely stay again!

Convenient location and reasonable price

It was a very clean, comfortable and spacious home. Enjoyed having morning coffee at the table on the deck. It is close to multiple beaches and other activities.

Great stay in a great location!

The property was as listed -- clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! We were able to cook, stream tv, and use the laundry without difficulty. We will consider coming back next time we are in Venice.

Loved this place

We so enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal as it’s just off the bypass and close to Venice Ave so it’s close to everything. The furnishings were very comfortable and it just felt like home. There are a few stairs to climb but we didn’t mind a bit. We loved it so much we extended our stay and will definitely be booking it again

Cute little place

Our favorite part was location. Everything seemed to be 10 minutes away. Property manager was very attentive. Would stay here again when we come back to Venice next year !

Enjoyable

Was here to dive and wanted a nice place to stay. So much more enjoyable than I thought it was. Surrounded by local eateries that was absolutely delicious and the walks around the neighborhood was great. Would love to rent again in the future.

Clean and tidy

Well laid out and locatedUnfortunately microwaves didn’t work, tv’s in rooms didn’t even turn on, main tv could only be used if you had Now tv account, toilet flushed when it felt like it , most of the lights didn’t work because the bulbs had gone, absolutely no bed side lighting.

Comfortable, spacious house.

We enjoyed staying here. Any issues we had, light bulbs, tv, our hosts took care of immediately. They are in the process of updating this place and it had some updates when we got there. We were very comfortable here, and it was very close to everything. ! We would stay again!

Worked great for us!

Only issue we had was with the lock on the door! Very touchy getting code entered but once realized you had to press move your finger very quickly no issue! Would stay here again!

Braves Spring Training

We came to see the Braves play at Sping Training. We searched everywhere for a place to stay and were delighted with this choice. It was close to dining, shopping, and Cool Today Park. The neighborhood was peaceful & clean. The house was very roomy & the beds were very comfortable.
